Once in awhile I used to buy clothes from PrettyLittleThing, but after my experience of trying to get a refund for clothes I returned, NEVER AGAIN!!
I tried to return clothes that didn't fit but the QR code they gave me didn't work at the post office. It took them a long time to respond to my email and messages but by then I had found the address for returns on their website.
However they have yet to send me a refund, they keep sending me automated or nothing messages or telling me that the tracking doesn't match.
Fortunately I opened up a dispute with PayPal, hoping that Paypal takes my side. This experience has put me off from buying from PrettyLittleThing or boohoo or whatever other stores are associated with them ever again. Shein has a better return experience that this company! Will not buy from PLT again.

This company has to be the worst in the country .. tried to sort a problem through messages on Facebook , WhatsApp and normal texts just either get ignored or sent rubbish messages

I ordered a dress that turned out to be a really large fit and not true to size. I’ve been buying dresses from PLT thing for a while however I noticed their website has changed and prices have increased. I paid full postage to Australia and tried to return the dress through the website, but the provided QR code wouldn’t scan at two different post offices (even when they manually entered the number). I’ve reached out via WhatsApp, iMessage, and Instagram but haven’t received any response. After reading other reviews, it seems faulty return QR codes are a common issue. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying a significant amount for both the dress and postage. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything that you might need to return.

I bought the cream woven halterneck ruched bust detail maxi dress in size 8. Horrid horrid material is all I can say.

In the picture the model is wearing a size 8 and is 5'7, it looks cinched and a solid colour and looks more white than cream. When I received the dress I was beyond disappointed because it's so misleading.

The colour of the dress was a almost dirty cream, likes its almost been worn and used to be white but not cleaned properly. And then I put it on and I was just deflated. The underskirt of the dress stopped mid thigh, and since the material of the dress was ever so thin you could see both my legs. It also had a very very boxy fit despite the model's dress being fitted. The halter component of the dress was also just not flattering and looked out of place and did not flatter you.

Beyond disappointed by a company that I thought I could trust. The dress was originally $200 and I bought it for sale for $89.99. I wouldn't even say the dress is worth $40. And because of their return policy I won't even get the full $89.99 back since they deduct money for shipping.

I bought this dress to wear to my graduation as Head Girl, but now I can't since it'll look like I'm wearing something off Shein. Do better PLT.

Is there an option for 0 stars? I’ve been waiting for over a month now for my order. Sent 4 messages via text, whatsapp and email with only robots responding to wait for my order. I try to track it online and it doesn’t give me any option to contact someone using the postal service they sent. What absolute rubbish customer service. I’m so annoyed that I don’t want my order anymore i just want a full refund and to never deal with this company again.

Very poor customer service still waiting on a reply 3 days later after receiving an item with a hole in it!
Contacted on instagram and messages and only to receive an automated response saying they will answer shortly, 3 days and still waiting!!!
Poor poor customer service maybe need to get more staff if they are struggling to answer customers.

I tried to return my items, but the Australia Post doesn’t accept the return label. I contacted PrettyLittleThing several times via Instagram and website but only got automated replies. This is very frustrating, and I just want to send my items back and get my refund.

I placed an order almost a month ago and it hasn't arrived, and they won't refund me. They don't update the delivery status. Customer service is terrible.

PLT is trash 🚮.
Bought a few outfits last week and I had to send it all back! Cheap quality. Horrible stuff!!!

The customer service is appalling. I paid $30AU express shipping for 4 items to be received within the week and they just arrived, more than a week late. Spoke to a computer on instagram to try and get my shipping cost returned, it told me it would get me in touch with someone and that I needed to wait. That was more than 48 hours ago. Still haven't heard anything. The tops I received looked good but the fact that I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping and didn't receive the items in time, plus lack of customer service, means 2 stars from me.

The same brand charging luxury prices for fast-fashion quality. Charging double the price nowadays for the same cheap material that once sold for $20. It’s giving ZARA but nowhere near. I’m keeping the item I purchased to sit in my wardrobe, the material is so bad and the seams are loose. Not forgetting because the returns policy is non-existant.

true to their word with next day delivery, clothing was packaged nicely. i bought the most gorgeous skirt but it’s quite see through where i don’t want it to be & when stood in the light you can see… well everthing. but still it’s a gorgeous skirt i love it & will get over the see through trouble. i’m not sure how or why but my shirt arrived with a foundation stain on it? luckily it washed off but 😟😟. i’d order again

Their customer service and return process has really turned to trash. And the clothes are not even the same quality or design anymore. Idk what changed. But they only get business due to limited fashion options. I've been trying to return dresses for a month, and there's no record of anything at the post office whenever I go. They never use to be like this

Really bad quality, inaccurate sizing, unable to return as return code not working. No response to customer service messages

Have not recieved an order £44 was supposed to come next day but didnt so i made a returns form and two weeks kater it still hasnt arrived. Plus a returned parcel of 4x items £43.50 and still not received my money back. Do the owner/ management not look at the reviews in shame or is this a reflaction of were the bad customer service training has come from

PRETTY LITTLE THING This is the worst company iI have ever come across, no response to messages at all. i have an issue with the returns portal can not return my items, and no contact number to call them on apart from a mobile number which is meant to be there head office contact number rings then they cut you off. STAY AWAY from this company THEY DO NOT TESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES

Ce service n’est pas fiable et le service après vente n’assume pas le retard.
Dommage car le magasin semble avoir des qualités malgré tout (on reçoit notre colis et le sav répond).

Awful post sale experience. I wanted to return items and was directed to the PLT return portal. I entered the order number given to me by PLT and got the message "order number not recognised". Contacted their customer services 3 times on email and WhatsApp (no option to call) and have so far only had generic automated responses that don't address the issue at all. Incredibly frustrating experience

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service. I ordered a UK size 5 pair of boots and followed the size guide, as the size guide states that is an AUS size 7 and they sent me a UK size 3 which equivalates to an AUS size 5! They gave me the wrong size and as delivery took longer than expected, they will not let me exchange for the right size! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was sent the wrong size pants (their fault). No one from their customer service team has replied to my numerous messages. Will not be shopping from them again.
