Not convinced they actually stock the items they advertise. My order never shipped, and the AI customer support was no help. After multiple follow‑ups I finally received a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this retailer — unreliable experience overall.

I bought a shirt that was really itchy and gave me a rash. I contacted their customer service team and they told me they can't return it. They also had the audacity to ask for photos of my body that has the rash. I will never be buying anything from this brand again, poor quality items with awful customer service.

This company needs to go. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I still have not received my order from them. I also don't appreciate talking to a robot when discussing my concerns because they aren't going to do anything. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will never be ordering here EVER AGAIN. They have robbed me. DISGUSTING.

They have TERRIBLE customer service. Will never shop from you again, I will tell everyone I know to never shop from you either.

I created a return slip, got sick and didn't manage to take it to the post shop within the 7 days. I contacted support straight away through multiple different methods, it took them more than 1 month to finally respond to me!!! Then they told me that it's more than 14 days and they can't generate a new return ticket for me.

I did also try to recreate a ticket for the postshop on their website straight away, but it didn't let me.

PLT has fallen off. Customer service is nonexistent. I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund on an order that I didn’t receive. There’s no hope of receiving the refund. It’s really sad and frustrating.

I bought some shoes through them which were coming from a 'partner' company. They were purchased on the 5th of December and cost me £43.
Didn't receive a dispatch email, shoes weren't delivered, so I chased it up with a missing claims form after Christmas hoping things would resolve now that the busier period was over. Wrong!
It is now the 23rd of January and the only communication I've had are very clearly automatic messages. Will not be buying from this company again.

Customer service is a joke. You can only contact them over social media messaging and they take days to reply. I bought a shirt named 'cotton shirt' so obviously I thought it was cotton, as the name suggests. It turned out to be majority polyester with only a little cotton and very poor quality. I asked to return it free of charge due to the misleading name and after first ignoring me, they are refusing, even though they are breaching Consumer Law. Other items I bought I'll keep as they were on sale but quality isn't great. I wouldn't recommend this brand at all.

Ordered a dress, it finally came after a month and it's the wrong dress, wrong size and cost $10 cheaper then I one I did order. The only way to contact them in on Instagram and Facebook and your clearly talking to a chatbot who just asks for the same information you given 3 times already and then informs you a person will reach out, no one does and then when I messaged them again in Instagram my messages are being ignored. Having Instagram and Facebook as your main/only point of contact for problems and then a chatbot that ignores you is unprofessional. Now I've got not dress for my event and no money to buy a new dress. If your thinking of ordering from here, don't. PrettyLittleThing needs to do more to ensure that they're not ripping people off.

My experiences with Pretty Little Things was very disappointing. The whole process was inconvenient and a disaster. Let’s start with the clothing size. As a smaller person I order clothes from a medium expecting them to fit me based on their sizing guide; however they were not true to size. Only one of my medium jumpers fit me. So I then tried to order extra smalls and they were still too big. So how can some mediums fit me and no extra smalls?
Upon reordering another batch of clothes, I realised I was over charged right after I sent the order. The pay screen and the confirmation email had different amounts. So when I tried to talk to customer service about the issue, the AI bot said nothing could be done and that I’d have to return the clothes even though the amount I was over charged would be redacted in the refund for the postage. The AI bot was of no help and it was frustrating to have no options to talk to a person.
The systems also can’t add up prices. In one of my refund emails it said I’d be refund $102but when the money entered my amount it as only $87. The total of everything I returned minus the shipping cost adds to $87. So where did the amount of $102 come from.
Overall, I would not advise anyone ordering from this site. It’s more of a hassle than it’s worth.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will not receive your packages and customer service is non existent. The "customer service" is simply a bot that does not help in anyway. You order from here, you're risking losing your money.

I definitely do not recommend purchasing anything from PrettyLittleThing. one of the packages appeared intact, the pants inside were wet when opened, as if they had been washed and repackaged. On top of that, the set I purchased looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The service was very poor, and the quality of the clothing material was disappointing. I would not recommend buying from PrettyLittleThing.

Ordered something for a Christmas present was declared lost by EVRI after 2 weeks!! Still no contact from PLT no REAL people to contact just a stupid bot i will NEVER EVER use this company again!!! 0/10

I bought two dresses from them. When I bought, I paid $85 for two dresses and $19.99 for delivery. When I received the dresses, the second dress didn't fit me. I return it.
I ask for a refund, they deduct $14.99 from my total refund, and refund me the rest of the money.

They deduct as return policy money.
Big scammers

Shocking customer service for returns. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 dresses sizes for my daughter's formal. I can't return the smaller size. They keep sending me return QR codes which are fake! They don't respond to my messages but send me another QR code. I put my faith in this organization and they have lost my trust. Pity since the product was actually very nice, but I didn't expect to 'BLOW' off the cost of the second dress.

If i could give PLT 0 stars i would. I paid express postage fees for an item and three weeks later I'm still waiting. I have sent the "customer service" (what a joke to call yourself that!!) three messages and I get the same automated response back. No customer service, just a robot spewing out vague information and taking no accountability! Very poor service doesn't even scratch the surface. Disgusted with this company

Paid for express postage to receive these clothes for an event, and then didn’t receive them on time. No communication from the company. No apology. They used AI to reply to me once without giving any actual information and I’ve been waiting 6 days to speak to a real person. No idea where the parcel is. 0/10 experience

I spent an awful long time to select my order as I'm allergic to polyester. The order arrived 2 weeks ago, the black pant are polyester but in the fabric description says rayon and cotton, same for the vest which again is polyester. Customer service contacted, received 2 request to send labels pics, no resolution.

Worst company to deal with, I suggest do not buy anything from them if you lucky u don’t need to exchange or refund but if you do it’s an absolute nightmare consider your money gone in the bin!
No communication, no response to texts or watsup messages I will never purchase it seems like scammers! People be careful honestly dealing with them.
