Sent me 2 right footed shoes so I called to get replaced and they set aside me a new pair and now they can’t give me the pair so I they are giving me a refund just so I can buy again and probably get the same issue

My son was bought a football top from his Aunty who live rural unfortunately she got the wrong size. I understand you can't return iteams on sale but this top was only reduced by $30 it was purchased at $100. All I am asking is for the top to be exchanged for a bigger size. I have checked online and they have a bigger size in stock. This is no fault of my own and my sister should of read the fine print but now I have a very upset 8 year old who cant wear his favorite football top and no help from strling sports! To be honest this is the worse customer service and I have ever had!!!!.

The guy who served my son and me at Stirling Sports Sylvia Park was superb. So helpful, not pushy and when he realised the only size they had wasn't quite right he recommended a different shop that we could try instead. I was very impressed with the service we received.

Took 6 weeks for the customer service team to get back to me about a order. I will never shop with this company again. Its the worst company I have ever dealt with. There web site is miss leading. A truly bad experience .

Ordered from their Online store - package has never arrived, have since emailed them 10 times with no response! No phone number available. Worst customer service EVER

Went to the Palmerston North stirling sports to exchange some gifts our nan had brought for my family, the old lady that was working was rude and very unhelpful! Without checking the reciept she assumed the items were all on sale and didnt want to help with the exchange. When leaving the store she said “that was a muck around’ Definitely wont be visiting again. Doesnt hurt to smile :)

I had a fantastic experience at Stirling Sports Sylvia Park! The store is really well set up, with a great selection of high-quality sports gear and apparel. Whether you’re looking for fitness equipment, sportswear, or the latest team jerseys, they’ve got you covered.

What really stood out to me was the staff – super friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made it easy to find what I was looking for and were happy to answer any questions.

A big highlight for me was seeing AFC and Raiders jerseys in stock – it’s not always easy to find gear for your favourite teams, but Stirling Sports had them ready to go. Overall, an awesome store with great service and top-notch gear. Highly recommended for any sports fan!

I ordered a pair of women’s size 8 shoes online and was sent a pair of mens 8. Because they were on sale I wasn’t able to return or exchange. I would never shop here ever again.

Do not buy online from this store, they will send you the wrong size and wont respond to correct or send back you cant take them to any local store as they state they are independent stores they have nothing to do with stirling sports online, store wont even help you out. Stuck with the wrong size they sent with no way of changing size or returning with refund. DO NOT USE

Bought a pair of birks on line for my son. Took well over a week to recieve them and they were too big. So I rang and wad told they could only be returned to Te Rapa. Then to buy a new pair. Mean while after pay had a sale on 25% I took them into Te Rapa and told them they were too big I would re order and afterpay them on line. And that they were 25% cheaper than when I 1st bought them. The girls insisted they do it for me in store to save me the hassle of re buying them. I mentioned the discounted price and showed them the discounted price, and they insisted again it was better to do it in store. So I did. More fool me really. By the time they processed my refund and then re ordered the correct size for me the sale had finished. And I was charged full price. Multiple emails later and all they did was ignore me. Not even an explanation as to why they didn't give me the discount. ABSOLUTELY USELESS WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. If I didn't live so far away I would have gone back in store... date is approx as it was a couple weeks ago now

I placed an order online two weeks ago, and I haven't received any updates. I've tried calling and emailing, but I can't get through to anyone.

I went with my daughter for her to purchase some shoes. The young man who served us (red hair) provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Treasure him.

Take great care when buying sale items from the Stirling Sports online unless you are absolutely certain it is what you think it is AND know that it is DEFINITELY the size you think you are ordering.

Stirling Sports has a clear policy that sale items bought online cannot be returned or replaced unless faulty, which is fair enough. However, if there is a possibility that they may be in some way at fault (or partial fault) for an error made by a customer, they simply ignore inquiries and any subsequent complaints. In my case I ordered a pair of running shoes that I thought were a UK 9 but turned out to be a US 9. While arguably my mistake, the fact is that their competitors clearly mark the shoe sizes as being US (as I subsequently found out) and if Stirling Sports did the same I would not have made this mistake.

I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with Stirling Sports' failure to reply to me (and, thus far, to Consumer) and I hope my experience will help others be more cautious before committing to an online sale purchase than I was.

Incidentally, please remember that the Stirling Sports branch on the high street has no responsibility over purchases made online, so it is unreasonable to expect them to help solve problems like this.

Worst experience with Stirling Sports online store. The authentication process for payments is a joke, screenshot of my bank payment via email to confirm the order - how is that secure? Couldn't get any response to my emails, and no one answered the contact number for five days. Poor service all around. Cancelled the order, not worth the effort!

We ordered shoes online. They were too small but they won't exchange sizes because they are on sale. I will never buy from them again. Terrible service.

Owner at Papakura wouldn't let me try on the shoes before paying. Felt really uncomfortable and judged.

I ordered some shoes online and my account debited. two weeks later i hadnt received order so i contacted stirling sports. then i checked my emails and found i have been refunded a week later. then i found an email from stirling sports in my spam folder saying they needing more information and if they didnt hear from me within a week they would be cancelling my order. i didnt see the email so they cancelled my order. what a weird way to do business

Did a click and collect order on the 22nd of December checking first the store I wanted to collect from (Albany) had the size I wanted first, after hearing nothing I rang the store and was told that I should just come in and pay for the product again then return the order as they hadn’t received it yet, turns out the order was allocated to the Balcutha store, it’s the most f@cked up click and collect system especially when Rebel did a 1 hour click and collect up until 4pm on Christmas Eve, now I’ve been told a week later when it eventually arrived that I can only get a store credit, don’t waste your time or mo eh with them

Not as good as Rebel Sport are but some items are worthwhile to purchase from here....my review is based on my viewpoints and there is nothing wrong with them either.
