I accidentally placed an order in the wrong size, I contacted culture kings as soon as I realised and got the best customer service from Donna. She was quick to respond and find a solution, she didn't make any promises but said she would try her best and it paid off. Currently waiting for the correct size all thanks to Donna.

I made a mistake and selected ship to store. I live in Memphis, TN and the store was across country in Las Vegas, NV. Gabby canceled the ordered immediately and made my life less stressful.

The next day, Alphonsine was generous enough to help me out and change the size to what I originally wanted.
