Donna helped me out so quickly with fixing my silly mistake of putting the wrong address in! I was worried it would have been shipped before they could fix it but Donna had it done within hours!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size in a recent online order and Donna was able to change the order before it was delivered. Really appreciate her going above & beyond to help me out.

I accidentally ordered my shoes to the wrong address and after contacting the company to change my shipping address, I was helped by a really friendly staff member named Donna, She updated my details with no issues and all is well.

I placed an order and realized within only a few minutes that I needed to cancel it. I immediately tried to contact the company, but their phone lines were not open yet. I then went through their live chat and sent emails right away, all specifically requesting that my order be canceled.

Despite making multiple attempts to cancel the order almost immediately after placing it, I was told that they simply could not cancel it. This is incredibly disappointing. I understand that once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but refusing to cancel an order when the customer reaches out within minutes of placing it is an unnecessarily rigid and customer-unfriendly practice.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I made a genuine effort to contact them as quickly as possible. I didn't wait hours or days—I tried to cancel the order almost immediately. Yet their response essentially amounted to, "Too bad, there's nothing we can do."

A company should have some reasonable process in place for situations like this. If a customer contacts you within minutes of placing an order and clearly requests cancellation, there should be a way to stop the order before it is processed or shipped.

This experience has seriously damaged my opinion of the company. Policies should not be used as an excuse to completely disregard reasonable customer requests. I would strongly encourage the company to reconsider this cancellation policy because it comes across as extremely unfair and designed to leave the customer with no reasonable options once an order is placed.

I was on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me. What a joke. I would reconsider purchasing from them.
