Gabby from customer service was very helpful and fixed a problem i had with my shipping address.

Ailean was able to help me with my order when no one else was responding. I am super appreciative of the help, it truly has saved me from stressing over the one hour wait calls and getting no response when contacting the delivery service. They were timely and quick, taking not very much time after I placed the customer service request.

I put through an order for 2 pairs of jeans for me and a mate and put through the wrong sizes, emailed them right away and Gabby was able to help me, i really appreciate how gabby was able to help me. Thank you!

Donna was amazing. I’m not sure if I’ve ever met a customer representative over email or even on the phone be this responsive. I thought it was a longshot as she definitely exceeded my expectations, she got back to me in less than 24 hours! That is crazy thank you so much, Donna. I've bought so many clothes from this company and the one time they mess up an order they couldn't fix or respond after multiple tickets open for customer service response. The last time Ill shop with them. Plus there are other companies that carry the same brands.
