On ne peut pas mettre 0 étoile alors j'en mets quand même une. GROSSE ARNAQUE. Commande passée le 12/06 pour 450€, depuis aucune nouvelle. Pas de réponse aux mails ni au numéro WhatsApp. NE PAS COMMANDER et faites un signalement aux autorités européennes afin de faire fermer ce site. On perd du temps, de l'argent...

Wir haben hier mit grosser Sorge ein paar äusserst kritische Meinungen gelesen und befürchtet das es uns nach unserer Bestellung auch so ergehen könnte.
Jetzt muss ich hier einigen äusserst negativen Bewertungen widersprechen.
Wir haben unsere Ware zwar um 6 Tage verspätet erhalten (via UPS) und die Kommunikation war tatsächlich extrem unbefriedigend, jedoch war die Ware vollständig und in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Wir sind sehr froh das alles gut gegangen ist und erhoffen uns eine weitere gute Zusammenarbeit mit Stockfirmati in der Zukunft.

Bemerkung:
Bei pünktlicherer Lieferung und besserer Kommunikation hätten wir 5 Sterne gegeben!

Dezastru nu cumpărați de la ei.14 zile până au trimis comanda ...stres teribil.nu răspunde nimeni la telefon email..până nu sunt amenințați cu poliția lucrurile nu se mișcă .incredibil .nu trimiteți banii
Am cumpărat de câteva ori de la ei..comenzi mai mici care oricum au fost trimite cu mare greutate.niciodata nu trimite în 2 zile așa cum spune.
Când am cumpărat de 5k euro mi au creat un stres continuu o perioada de 14 zile până a fost trimisă comanda +10 zile până ajunge comanda la destinație.transport exagerat de scump

Had some problems at the start but now seems like they improved their customer service and are solving issues as soon as possible. There were some old missing orders but now they made a credit and removed all the doubts for their legibility. Products original, good quality, good prices.

Articles manquants dans ma commande du 28 février 2024.
Depuis cette date , impossible d'avoir des informations ou explications concernant les articles manquants de ma commande. Personne ne répond jamais aux appels , plusieurs numéros de téléphone mais aucun ne répond.
Ne répondent jamais par e-mail non plus , ni par le formulaire de contact présent sur le site.
Plus mauvais service client auquel j'ai eu affaire, en fait il est plus exact de dire pas de service client du tout. Ne pas répondre est pour moi un manque de respect total envers ses clients. De plus le délai de livraison n'est pas celui indiqué sur le site, j'ai mis plus d'une semaine à recevoir mes articles alors que je me situe à peine à environ 500km. Seule satisfaction , les produits sont de qualité mais l'emballage et les boites de chaussures par exemple sont en piteux etat , du moins c'était le cas pour ma commande, j'ai envoyé les preuves par mail sans avoir aucune réponse à nouveau. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderais chez eux , de toute façon pas avant d'avoir solutionné le problème des articles manquants. Je ne conseillerais pas ce site.
