Sigo insistiendo, envio correos, llamo por telefono de cualquiera de las maneras, varias veces al dia, desde hace varios meses ya,no puedo llegar a enter como es posible que pasen estas cosas, hace varios meses hice un pedido de una cantidad bastante considerable, no tenia la tienda fisica en funcionamiento, tenia que reformar, ya esta reformada y abierta al publico y lamentablemente por mas esperanzas que tuviera inagure sin la mercancia, es penoso que existan empresas de este calibre, me parece, que como minimo corresponde que te cojan el telefono o respondan a algun mail, no se muy bien a quien dirigirme para solucionar esta situacion, ya que ellos de ninguna de las maneras posibles ni contestan ni ponen solucion, espero obtener respuestas pronto.

NO PUEDO PONERME EN CONTACTO CON LA EMPRESA DESPUES DE HACER UN PEDIDO.... NO SE QUE HACER...

Don't buy from them. I ordered several items and only half of the shipment arrived. They do not respond to e-mails or calls. Scam company.

Absolutely awful customer service. Actually it's correct to say - no customer service at all.
I had several items missing from my parcel - no refund, no items and no feedback for my e-mails I sent during a month to all these different e-mail adresses I was able to find.
24-h delivery - never worked
whatsapp - no one answers
contact form - no one answers
e-mail - no one answers

If you don't want to loose your money, better not to deal with.

I made an order and waited for parcel. After I involved police they sent but some things are missing. They sent me wrong invoice and still keep rest of my money.
I'm sending all paperwork to their police.

Me perdieron un paquete hace 2 meses y aún estoy esperando el rembolso.

Pessimi. Fino ad attivare l abbonamento con loro, Disponibili e rispondevano. Una volta pagato sono spariti. Ti inviano documento csv ma non adatto da inserire su shopify e dicono di arrangiarti con un informatico. Ma cambiare tutto il documento costa più del sito. E non ti inviano documento giusto. Pessimi soldi per abbonamento buttati

schifo totale, non rispondono alle mail, ne al telefono, ne a whatsapp, ho un ordine di 6k fermo e non si capisce come andare avanti .

Everything went very well. The material corresponded to what was ordered and the quality of the material is very good. I just think they have to work harder on delivery times.

“UPDATED” This is a SCAM COMPANY never order with them. The negative reviews are right. I have been waiting for my order since 3 months, they deal with a delivery company BRT in italy and the courier company said they cannot send to my address so they are going to send it back to the sender. (In the registration of Stockfirmati website the invoice says correct address that i had feeded at the begining). Even i have not recieved my refund. The company says they will refund me once they recieve the products back and it has been 3 months. The POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT.
