Was well looked after by Julie Williams she showed us the furniture we were interested in and we liked what we saw so we ordered and paid a deposit and left the store happy

Graham was welcoming friendly knowledgeable answered our questions professionally was willing to offer advice and was honest in explaining we may have to wait till next year for our furniture he never over promised and advised us he would keep us updated .

Beautiful store with lots of choice for anyone wanting sofas, beds etc. Really helpful sales adviser (Mark Cain) who talked through our options and made the buying process very quick and straightforward. Highly recommend both Mark and Stokers. Have bought from Stokers before and will definitely buy again.

We were looking for a new sofa and were impressed with the variety of styles at Stokers. Andy was really helpful and informative without being pushy which we greatly appreciated on both our visits to the store. Other members of staff were also very pleasant so overall a good shopping experience.

We were undecided when we went to purchase a table, however Graham Bedworth gave us various options and prices which really helped us to make our final decision, and we would like to thank him for his input.
We now await our delivery

My wife and I visited Stokers store in Chester on 30th August, with a view to buying some new sofas. We were impressed with the product range and quality on offer, and also with the service provided by Julie Williams, which was exceptional. Julie was friendly and attentive, and was very informative throughout our visit. Needless to say we ordered 2 sofas, and would not hesitate to recommend both Stokers and Julie to family and friends.

Our experience that we had at Stokers was Flawless . We were Greeted by Mark Cain who looked after us and was very knowledgable about the Sofas we were interested in . I would recommend Stokers to anyone wishing to purchase Sofas and the like as the service me and my wife received was Brilliant !

This was our first visit to Stokers at Chester, as we were looking for a new recliner. We were ably assisted by Mark Cain, who was extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer and spent time explaining the features of the various options available.
Mark made the whole process enjoyable, and we will definitely be returning for our next furniture purchase.

Great experience in choosing our sofa at Stokers on the bank holiday weekend.
Andy was very helpful and explained about the different types of sofas and in choosing the colours of the fabric and scatters to go with our room. He got lots of different swatches to help us decide. We decided for Parker knoll Arlington. We hope the sofa is made well and we will happy with the choice.

tracy was very helpful without being pushy , polite . once we had decided on a sofa she has kept us up to day about delivery dates . we have bought from stokers furniture shop ormskirk many times over the year . we both highly recommend them

Martin Worley who served us needs a special mention here. He was very professional, didn’t rush us and gave good advice when we were choosing a sofa and chairs.
Stokers have a really good choice and the people who work there are all very friendly but not overpowering.
We would definitely recommend them.

Good quality beds and mattresses at reasonable prices, and great service.

Although we live in the South, we always buy from the Southport store. We needed to buy another bed and Bensons and Dreams just wanted to sell me every add on and charge me delivery and on and on. What looked cheap, wasn't. And kept pushing me for delivery dates to close the deal. Stokers actually wanted to find me the best bed at the best price they could get me. And super friendly- "normal" not salesy service. Why would I not buy from them again?

We had used Stokers Chester once before to buy a sideboard, the service was then was excellent. When we decided we wanted another similar sideboard we went back to the Chester store where we were looked after by Steve H, he could not have been more helpful, he found the items we wanted on line and it was ordered promptly. We will definitely return to Stokers if we need more furniture and we will recommend the store to our friends and family.

I explained to Graham Bedworth my needs as I'm having surgery on my back so he talked me through the pros and cons of the stile for sofa I was interested. On returning to your Southport branch with my wife Graham recommend a different stile of sofer which did indeed result in a sale. So many thanks to Graham Clive&Bebe .

Julie helped us to coordinate our sofa and material choices and made us feel very well looked after. She listened carefully to our thoughts and offered suggestions which we found very helpful
