Would like to say Storage King festival Park is an outstanding customer services. Mick and James are doing a brilliant job always there to help outstanding 110% and couldn’t ask for a better customer services. Always there to answer questions and help out the best they can love going there it’s like feeling some sort of like a family thank you, Tina) and ROY).

Amazing facility , could not faulter mick in the office he was extremely helpful as I'd never used a storage facility before. He made the entire process from start to finish so simple. These people are the "go to" I will certainly be contacting mick again in the future for further storage requirements

I moved from Cornwall to Essex. I had never used a storage unit before. Mick from the Basildon branch was fantastic. He was so helpful. Guiding me through the process of renting a unit. Clean and tidy building. I would definitely use a unit there again and highly recommend using a unit there.

Can’t recommend Storage King enough. Very helpful throughout the whole process, and a really well-run facility. Our belongings always felt safe with all of the security measures, and Mick was always really friendly and made it easy for two people who hadn’t used a storage facility before!

I’ve been using *Storage king Basildon* for a year now and has been excellent. When I’ve had any issues their proactive and helpful approach has made my life a lot easier.

Easy 24 hour access, lift always available, size of unit perfect, and spot on price. All doors and gates work with the codes and moving equipment all works as it should, even when it’s busy still no problem with access and moving my stuff in and out. Great service from a friendly professional team, Thank you

Thanks mick and his team at Basildon branch for a friendly and helpful experience for keeping our belongings safe for 6 months after waiting for our new build house to be finished

Friendly staff (Mick & team). Easy process. Accessible 24/7. Goods lift to upper level. Loading trollies. Parking in a secure area. Clean & well lit. Toilet facilities. Good ambient instore temperature. Safe building with CCTV. Pleasant background music. Other services available if required.

Needed emergency storage on the day. The staff are absolutely amazing and took the stress out of everything for me. They made sure I got the storage I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Used Storage King when I needed to put all of our possessions in storage due to moving house. Mick and the team are superb - it’s hassle free and super flexible (I had a few occasions where I visited at odd times and access was easy even with no staff on site). I had a time where I needed multiple units and Mick always ensured I got the correct size unit I needed and didn’t pay for one which was too large. Ended up keeping one of the smaller units for a number of months and am now back down to none (with no hassle getting a refund for the unused days outside of the notice period). Will definitely be back should I need storage again and have already recommended to friends and family. 🙌
