to all FORIENGERS, do NOT use this place unless you have a cellular plan. I used their free wifi to set up my booking and it makes you create an account and link your email, then it also needed a text message confirmation. I didn't get a cellular plan so it didn't work for me. They charged me anyway and declined a refund. A credit was offered but i'll never be back in Spain anyway. There are many options in convenience stores that charge a flat rate for what they would charge for one hour. Stay far away from this place

Booked ahead for luggage storage at Florence arrived there and there were workmen mending window who informed us we couldn’t leave our luggage contact store my luggage who then informed me we could use another facility which was a half hour walk away walked there to then not be able to use storage as the available locker was broken … they did give me a refund but we then spent 2 hours trying to find storage in Florence will never use this company again

Valletta site: Terrible experience with this system. Booked ahead of time arrived on time to find someone else’s luggage in our locker. The locker had opened with my phone showing that someone had left all their luggage behind. This meant we had access to their luggage. Using the intercom we were told that whoever had booked it earlier had forgotten to pick up their luggage and that they were cancelling our booking. This meant we had nowhere to leave our luggage despite having booked ahead and paid ahead. As it was last minute we had to pay more in a local luggage storage to find somewhere to take our bags. All in all a disastrous experience. The advertising literature says only you can access your luggage, well clearly this is not the case if you miss your deadline and your luggage is still there, it will open to the next person who has booked it. Very unhappy, and very little help in the store. Use a different company!!

Expensive but really, really easy and convenient and pretty much saved our trip! Great idea and execution.

I used their service in Milan and I was very happy.Their storage facility is only a few mins walk from Duomo.
Everything was very straightforward.I paid online got a code for the locker and that's it.I got a standard storage which was big enough for 2 small suitcases and a bag.
Overall great experience.Just to add their price is very competitive.
I wasn't unsure about something and I rang them to clarify (I'm bit paranoid at times lol) and the call was answered straight away and my mind was put at ease :)

I used their service in Milan, close to the central station. At first I was a bit sceptical but it was a pleasant disappointment. I booked my storage in advance and tried to open it via the link they sent in email because of a queue in front of me. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but I called the helpline and solved the problem fast. My luggage was in a safe and when I went to collect it I had no problem. I would use this service again and I recommend it to anyone.

The service was exactly what it was supposed to be, which was great! What really outlined their service was how quickly to support us; It was Sunday evening when We, by accident, closed the cupboard taking our bags out, We immediately pushed the button to call them, and quickly someone answered and unlocked the locker again. it might sound simple, but nowadays the customer support of most businesses is so poor that is so great when we find companies that yet provide a decent service.
