I had a great experience during my recent MOT at Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on customer care and made the whole process seamless from start to finish.

Dropped my car in at 8am for a service and fault to be checked. At 17:45 when i arrived to collect my car someone rang to tell me the service was completed but they haven't checked the fault. Which had to be rebooked in for the back end of July to support with a pool car, when i rang to confirm 29th July this booking i was told no pool car was booked and told it would be September before they can book me in with a pool car ! Someone needs to get their act together !!!

Purchased a car via pcp back in August 24
Since this I have received a fine from dvla and was black listed due to no change over of my part exchange

Accumulate 2k worth of work in just 7 months - less than 10,000miles - snapped valves in the engine - metal breaks across, car sounds like a tractor

Was told I’d be remembursed for the dvla fine to find out they refusing to pay me back in full
Manager of used cars doesn’t get back to you

Would rather give the car up but 11k id need to find to early terminate- worst customer service and crap car.

Will not be returning to this branch

Had a bad service experience here. Took in a Q4 etron for a safety recall only to be told that I could not have access to the courtesy loan vehicle on account of my license being less than a year old! Waiting two months for an appointment and not having this information provided at the time of requesting for the loan vehicle is careless on the part of this dealership, specifically since it’s not a standard problem that I have faced when leasing vehicle or adding myself to a family vehicle.

Furthermore during my visit I was told an appointment would be booked in next week, only to be told by phone a week later the next available appointment is September. To customers consider buying here I would advise taking your business elsewhere if this is the level of communication for after sales-service offerings.

6 weeks ago I put in an urgent call to Stratstone Milton Keynes Audi. Th new car they sold me was not fit for purpose. Once they take your money they dont give a dam. They have ZERO after sales customer experience.

All the staff were great, kept informed, car drop off and pick up as good as it gets!

A poorly managed service for the internal door card repair despite me ensuring everything was in place for an initial service. Vehicle was re booked in but the repair was not great. Misha Naseem maintained a proffentional approach which maintained the brands reputation for excellent service

I've just explained at length above. This review is based on the follow up to the MOT and service that took place on 2.5.25. As far as I know the MOT and service were fine.

Excellent service, friendly and really helpful, the health checks picked up some issues that another Audi dealership hadn't noticed, can't fault Stratstone at all, I will be using them again.

Sales team were great and really helpful. Payed a deposit of £500 to take an A5 of sale but was not allowed the 265bhp model for work so on the 18th April I asked for my £500 refundable deposit back. It did not help that the initial sales person I had dealt with was now of ill. Got passed from pillar to post when they could actually be bothered to answer the phone!!! I was told usual 5 working days to get refund. It never came I had to call daily and eventually got put through to somebody in finance. She said this is an ongoing issue as when they were with inchcape they could grab a PDQ machine and do the refund straight away since they have been bought out all the financial matters are held centrally at Audi Nottingham and it would have to be Audi Nottingham who were going to process my refund. It took constant calls and emails and eventually received my refund today 13th of May!!!! Very very poor service. Be aware.

Just totally poor customer service from start to finish. The actual repair work is fine by the Audi mechanics, but be prepared for dealing with service advisors that have not got a clue, are rude and never return calls.

Took my car in as early as I could to ensure I would get it back earlier. Was told I needed my brakes changed which in all fairness is good. However I was not told that they needed to order the brakes in and got a call at 3pm saying that the brakes weren’t gonna be there that day and they needed to keep my car in. This was not an option because I need my car for work. It would have been nice if they had told me they needed to order the parts in before I agreed to it. When booking the MOT I asked for a hire car for the day and was told quite blankly that would not be something they could do. I wasted my entire day and wasn’t satisfied with their service. And also £650 for rear brake pads is senseless. Will not be going back to Audi Milton Keynes. I will go back to my original dealership - Northampton. They are miles better. Customer service has gone down hill. When I came to collect my car unannounced at 4 they said it still wasn’t ready and instead of waiting around they wanted to waste my time to try convince me to buy a new car. Customer service is terrible to say the least. Don’t waste your time

Great service made buying a car an easy process from start to finish, Ian was exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend Audi Milton Keynes I hope to be back in the future
