To a non- internet savvy, phone phobic pensioner organising her Mini love affair with a company over 200 miles away could prove to be a recipe for disaster! But, fortunately, the lovely people at Stratstone, Leeds make it something of a doddle. Huge thanks to Ellie, initially, and lastly to Steve and Paul.
