Those words marked the end of an extraordinarily long and difficult legal journey for me.
I cannot thank Savannah Loizides at Stuart Miller Solicitors and Barrister Parveen Mansoor of Furnival Chambers enough for the dedication, professionalism and commitment they showed throughout my case.
My legal journey began many years ago. The matter was closed with no further action after approximately seven months of investigation. Despite this, the matter was later reopened and I was eventually charged.
I went through an incredibly difficult and prolonged period involving numerous court proceedings and few trials. The case continued for years before the abuse-of-process argument was ultimately brought before the Crown Court.

Throughout this entire period, the impact on my life was enormous. It was an extremely stressful and prolonged experience, affecting my personal life, work and future.
When Savannah Loizides became involved, she took the time to understand the full history and complexity of my case. She was professional, approachable and extremely committed. She kept me informed and made sure my concerns were listened to and that the case was properly prepared.
