We are currently using this company for a lease extension and sale on our late fathers retirement property. I cannot say how truly abysmal our actual solicitor has been. We started the lease extension in January to try and make the property more appealing to sell. It worked and we got a buyer. Turned out he didn’t even start the process of extending our lease until March. That was about a month after we got our buyer. We thought the process was well underway by then. He has been unresponsive. Takes days or just doesn’t respond to anything we ask. We have stressed time and again that the property is costing us money in Fees etc, he has made the whole process so unbelievably stressful. We’re still not out the other side. He told us certain enquires hadn’t been answered when we then found out they had by making phone calls to the management company ourselves. I cannot state enough how bad this company is or just the very bad solicitor we got allocated. He’s supposedly an expert in lease work. I’ve yet to see his expertise. I’m so upset by how he’s treated us in this situation and would never ever recommend them

We exchanged pretty efficiently after which Claire was able to secure a completion date for us that aligned better with our schedule in terms or moving in logistics, which was very helpful.
