Very unpleasant company to deal with . If you have any issues they basically tell you off ! Horrible people , mediocre hair , not worth the money . Awful company . There are much nicer suppliers out there .

Looks like they have stopped trading, I have tried contacting them regards to getting the resources emailed so I can start my qualification but no luck, when I go onto the website I’m told the domain isn’t available and I can’t access it what so ever! Really confused as I spent a lot of money on the course that I now are unable to complete

If you want to waste £160 on hair that will be a matted mess after 3/4 washes then buy these horrific extensions! I send pictures and a nice email to customer service who basically told me I was lying and because I didn’t use their shampoo they don’t want to know even though I use professional products! No hair should do that after one month of wear no matter what shampoo is used! Customer services are so rude, I suggest anyone else having this problem who sees this report them to trading standards because that is what I will be doing! There is no way that hair is 100% human hair and I wonder why the customer services is so defensive and rude?! Maybe a guilty conscience

DON’T BUY THIS HAIR!

I paid £175 for a full customer head of tape in hair extensions. They are Dreadful! The hair is over processed and feels like bubblegum when wet!!
I have also purchased more Remy hair from amazon for £65 for the same amount of hair and is superior to the Terrible mess this company is pulling off as remy hair!! It’s tangled all the time and falls out continuously!

Just completed my sew in weave and tape extension courses and got to say what great value for money! Not only do you get a full course and qualification with online help from tutor and self explanatory videos but you also get the training head, all the tools and a full pack of hair to train with! I’ve been cheeky and put the tapes in my hair after doing the course too just to try them out before recommending them to customers and they wash well, the tape stayed in place and they are soft and natural looking. I’ll be using this company going forward to supply hair for my clients. Thank you so much for helping me gain more qualifications

My Niece purchased extensions from this company for my Daughter. After the first wash they were extremely curly and my Daughter didn’t want to have to straighten her hair every time. My Niece sent a polite message for a refund or for them to be exchanged.
The company are extremely unprofessional and Once they gave your money don’t want to know.
They have sent rude messages and now blocked my Niece.

I did the hair extension courses and I really enjoyed them. Very helpful and easily accessible training. Tutor was also helpful and there whenever I needed her. Thankyou

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review on trustpilot (this is my first) but studio 58 is a huge exception. I ordered the platinum blonde hair extensions (tapes) and upon arrival I was completely horrified. Over half the hair hair had jet black, ginger, brown and even neon pink strands running through the hair. I am aware that blonde shades of extensions are chemically treated from darker shades of hair and that sometimes dark strands can be left behind during this process-however, for over half the hair to be contaminated like so is inexcusable. I have been wearing hair extensions for five years and have purchased from many well known companies, and these extensions are by far the worst I have ever received- even eBay extensions are better quality!! I instantly emailed studio58 explaining the issue and was greeted by a rude girl named ‘Jess’ who stated she could not be bothered going ‘back and forth’ on the issue and to send the hair back. When I explained I would not be able to reach a post office due to it being the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic alongside personal circumstances she rudely replied that someone has ‘obviously been delivering food’ to me so they could bring it to the post office (this was not the case- ‘Jess’ clearly hadn’t heard of food delivery via the actual supermarket services). Jess then refused to give me the details of the manager (which is illegal) and told me I could find them myself on the website. Long story short, the quality of the hair was awful, however, the customer service was worse. Unless you are looking for blonde hair that is half black, ginger and neon pink, and with an unprofessional, insensitive, immature and rude service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other competitors on the market where you can get quality hair extensions for the same price. Ps- I was by no means looking for a full refund or full packet of new here- merely a small fraction of a refund or a couple extra tapes to make up for the discoloured hair I would have to hand pick out, leaving the extensions inevitably thin. Judging by the unprofessional replies to other negative reviews on trustpilot, I am certainly not the first to experience this kind of service. AVOID!!!

I have used many different suppliers nothing compares to studio58 hair, luxurious and so long lasting. I’m not the best with the internet but the website is really simple to order from if I ever get stuck I call up and am greeted with lovely staff members with great customer service! Thank you studio58 I will be ordering again.

👎😠 I bought products online on the river the next day. Two days passed. I didn't receive the goods. I called the store and got an answer that the unreliable player from the store didn't accept. Did not notify me, I can not send the product to me according to the conditions when I cancel the order. ..Of course, I will not continue to use this store and I will tell all my bad friends about this shop.

I studied all available methods with Studio 58. All courses were very informative and enjoyable. It is clear that the team are passionate about what they do.
The support offered throughout the course is excellent and it is always easy to get in touch if you need extra help.
I look forward to studying again with Studio 58 in the future should further methods become available!

Positive - arrived promptly
Negative - both tools broke , not heavy handed at all , poorly made . Also doubtful there were 200 silicon nano beads in small packet sent .

Second time ordering off Studio 58 and best hair I've ever fitted!

I fit my own tape extensions and they are the best quality I've come across, that actually last.
Lost of other hair gets skaggy and brittle over time, but not these guys.
I previously bleached my brown tapes too, and even after bleaching, they lasted months. I could even refit them again for the third time if I needed to!
Glue is super strong. I refitted my tapes with another brand glue tape, and they fell out in the first shower. Definitely recommended buying tape from these guys if refitting.

Delivery was super fast too - very impressed! Very happy again,

Just completed and passed my 2nd extension course with studio 58. The course work is straightforward and easy to follow. The course tutors are very helpful for any questions or difficulties you have. I would highly recommend these for online tuition.
