They lied on the phone, and after one call they did not answer any of my calls.

The problem with this company is that they do not allow you to unsubscribe from marketing emails. I used them once over 5 years ago, but am regularly plagued with emails - have tried on many occasions to reply and request removal from mailing lists but no action. Despite informing them over a month ago that I intended to report them to the Information Commissioner for not abiding by GDPR legal obligations, I have had two more in the last week!!!

Excellent Customer Service, Gary from Suite Hub went way beyond expectations to source & negotiate my accommodation. I have recently stayed in a couple of well appointed accommodations with Suite Hub (Southampton - Canute Studios and Ranger Court) for both work & leisure. The studio and apartment were very clean, well equipped and ideally located near Ocean Village. I received excellent end to end service using a simple enquiry/booking system with easy check in/out I definitely recommend Suite Hub. Thank you Gary, Aneal and team 👍 5* Service

Having spent a considerable amount of time searching various websites in the Bristol area for accommodation for our managers we were struggling to find anywhere suitable which was reasonably priced. We remembered that we had used Suite Hub a number of years ago and sent them an enquiry. Within a day Lily and Aneal had provided us with a selection of modern, fully-furnished apartments to choose from and our managers have now settled into their new home away from home. Customer service is excellent and a special thanks to Aneal who researched each property and identified the most cost-effective solutions for us, taking additional charges such as parking into account. We would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Within 3 days I had to find a new apartment and as such contacted various agencies. Since the duration(3 days) was too tight none of them were able to assist me.On the other hand Gary was able to understand my requirements and within few hours came back with options. It seems that Gary and Suithub,indeed has a vast selection and network of vendors and suppliers.

This is the go to place for serviced apartments. The sheer breadth of choice is amazing and when combined with a business model that actively encourages the suppliers of the apartments to compete for your business, the result is a fantastic apartment at an affordable price. I was absolutely delighted with the sheer professionalism of the staff. A special mention is reserved for Lily Norton who could not have been more helpful, patient and understanding, even when I made material changes to the original request. The whole process, involving a detailed and lengthy booking, was dealt with extremely efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. No query was too much trouble and I felt confident from beginning to end that I would be given the very best accommodation for my budget. Business travellers look no further.

We are an accommodation provider and have recently taken our first reservation from Suite Hub. Once the details were entered onto their website, and we had provided our quote, we were delighted to have won the bid. The service provided by SuiteHub was superb, with all Guest information provided in a timely manner and payment was received within a short period after the Guest had paid SuiteHub. All in , Suite Hub have been superb and we would recommend.

First time user and wanted to have a better experience and protect myself during these unusual times and over a longer than normal period by having all fatalities at my fingertips. Lily was great and answered all questions almost before i asked. Will be using again soon.
