Hi Michael,
We’re sorry for the frustration with the light strip setup and the confusion regarding the components. We understand how disappointing it can be when the parts don’t work together as expected.
We were able to process the return and provide a full refund, and we truly appreciate you giving us another opportunity with your subsequent order for a different power supply. We value your business and appreciate your feedback, and we hope your new setup works perfectly!

Good afternoon, Joe,
Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with the bulbs not working in your vehicle. The vehicle bulb finder provided is a guide and doesn't guarantee it will work for your vehicle due to possible aftermarket modifications. For this reason, we recommend you compare what is being replaced with what is being suggested on the site. You can also check your owner's manual for stock numbers and cross-reference what's available on our site. If your manual is unavailable, you can get your vehicle stock numbers from your local auto parts retailer and cross-reference them. We see that an RMA has already been filed for a refund. You should have received a separate email with a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip. Once we receive it, you will be refunded to the original method of payment. If you need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out; we will be happy to help.
