Unusual early hour and he was early, friendly, but not overly chatty at 4:45 am

No hassle way to start a vacation. Didn't have to get up extra early to drive and park my own car. Drops us off at the perfect spot to check in. loaded and unloaded heavy bags for us. we were treated like royalty.

Arriving from an international flight with 9 traveling together. The pick-up was seamless (given the variable delays through immigration and customs) as the driver reached out, waited until we were just about ready to leave and moved to a spot in front of the terminal. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and Vince was super helpful with all of our bags. I'd highly recommend Super Shuttle!

We were concerned the car may not show up due to early a.m. pick up time. To our surprise, the car showed up even before schedule, very professional and clean.

Driver and experience was excellent. Updates were excellent. The only disappointment was that their document stated that price includes driver gratuity which is false. Found this out when discussing with driver. I don't believe drivers know about this and probably wonder why they don't get tips. So please tip, these drivers don't make much money. FYI I am not associated in any way with this service.

SuperShuttle is really the way to go. Yes, there are other ride share companies out there but you pay for the service and excellent reputation and why I consistently use and recommend SuperShuttle for trips to the airport. Yes, I can drive myself to the airport but why add to an already stressful situation with traveling and let SuperShuttle take away one less thing to worry about.
