I have been using Super Shuttle for years. They are consistently top notch. Their drivers always arrive on time. Communication is excellent. Their drivers pay attention to safety and are very professional. I always make sure to book them for my airport transfers, and I will continue to do so. Booking online is really easy, too.

Driver was very friendly. He texted me when my plane landed and met me at baggage claim. He carried my luggage and carry on. Car was very clean. There was bottle water. He talked about places to eat and pointed out buildings.

The booking process on the APP is very easy. You get a confirmation and costs are taken from your bank immediately but you only get the drivers details a few minutes before pickup. This can improve and send drovers details earlier.
Finding the driver took a few minutes as he did not speak English and was parked slightly off from the designated pick up area. Once we found him and picked up all was good.
Very clean vehicle with enough space. Safe driver.
