Professional advice from choosing carpet at home, leaving swatches with me to help with choice and not based on price but durability as high traffic area and actually advised a less expensive carpet for this for maintenance etc
Fitters very helpful as I struggled with moving heavy furniture
Even suggested mats with the cutoff and for next to nothing with the finished edges on the mats

the guy who came out was so helpful with choosing the right laminate and also helped with the colour too. micky that fitted it was superb too. a very clean worker who knew exactly how to get the effect we wanted. couldn't be happier with the result

Absolutely fantastic service, flooring looks fantastic and is so easy to keep clean. I had vinyl in my hallway and kitchen and laminate in my living room. All the fitters were friendly yet professional and very tidy! I can't praise them enough and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Surefit Carpets for any flooring you need. It might be a while before I need to use them again but they will definitely be top of my list to contact. I am impressed that they have also followed up with a phone call today to check that everything is good and there have been no problems since the jobs were completed. Excellent customer service!!

Absolutely fantastic quality and range of flooring ..meassured up ..had loads of samples to choose from ..same day quote ..and the fitters did an outstanding first class job 👏 Surefit kept me informed throughout ..would highly recommend 👌 my bungalow as been transformed beyond belief 10/10

I shopped around but found sure fit not only best on price but on service too. Friendly on time estimating to brilliant fitting by Oliver.nothing was too much and the advice was much appreciated. I would highly recommend sure fit to anyone and will be returning to do my downstairs next year.

From ordering to fitting my flooring my experience has been great. No pushy salesman just good advice. The guys who fitted my carpets in my lounge, hall, stairs and landing were very efficient and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves too which is always a bonus. My kitchen flooring is lovely also makes such a difference to the kitchen. Finishes it off perfectly. I've been going to Surefit Carpets for over 20 yrs always great service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Where do I start the Gentleman that came out to measure up for my carpet an hallway flooring was amazing very helpful very informative bout the caroets on offer . also i love alone so he made sure my carpets could be taken up and disposed of too
the fitters were excellant they made a great job and were very friendly , my floor was damp unbeknown to me and they dried it out and disposed of all the old flooring , the hallway floor now looks fabulous , Thanku

There was no upselling - just advice.
The price quoted was inclusive of everything we needed - carpet, underlay, grippers, door bars and fitting - very reasonable.
The fitting was arranged for within two weeks to suit us and was carried out quickly and efficiently with little mess.

I recently purchased carpets from these guys and can't recommend them enough. They are. knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They gave me excellent advice and guidance, but didn't try to push me into the carpet they wanted to sell, they let me make my own decision. Once the decision was made the carpets were fitted much sooner than I expected. The fitting team were just as impressive as the staff in the shop and the carpets look fantastic.
