I submitted two tickets to Survey Pop on May 15th — Ticket #514134 (login issue) and Ticket #514754 (missing £4 payout). It’s now May 31st, and I’ve had zero response from their support team.

Their social media has been inactive since March, and it’s clear they’re not supporting their users properly anymore.

I’ve spent time completing surveys in good faith expecting to be paid, and it feels like I’ve been completely ignored. Based on these reviews, I’m clearly not alone.

Please fix your customer support, respond to open tickets, and stop ghosting users who are just trying to earn what they were promised. This app had potential — but at this point, it feels like a scam.

At first, I was able to complete a bunch of surveys but when I reached the threshold to withdraw, I was unable to do so. I had to contact the company twice to get a response and the respones amounted to nothing. This is a warning to those looking to make some extra money, they will not give you what you are owed, please look at the other reviews, I wish I had.

AVOID THIS COMPANY SURVEY POP! They won't pay out instead take your money and use you for completing surveys after your threshold is reached they will say your money will be paid in 1-2 working days! Nothing is paid out they won't reply to your email and you are left waiting for both your money and email reply

Been using this app around 4 weeks… just filling a few surveys in my spare time. Always received my cash outs instantly I use the PayPal option every time. No issues some times only offers a couple of surveys but not all the time.

I fully completed an award, properly following the steps, and was never awarded the $20 reward. I emailed customer service almost 10 times, receiving a response ONCE, which was incredibly dismissive and they basically wrote me off. I sent screen shots proving everything and they are seemingly refusing to communicate with me further. Beyond dissatisfied with their service and practices.

very bad experience.i earned around 8.36 but after 3 weeks i still didnot received my amount.i send emails but they always say they will send with 2 3 business days but not send.i think its fake app.

Ok…I am a so called “priority member” and something must have happened at their customer service department. I have been with them for a long time and have cashed out over $700 USD. Two weeks ago I completed a $24 USD CRYPTO offer and got no compensation. I have sent 7 emails with screenshots and documentation showing the necessary steps completed to fulfill the offer. I got one response saying they were forwarding to their Operations Department but have heard nothing else since then. An explanation would surely be nice.

Cashed out and received no money, honestly don’t waste your time, you earn a pittance anyway and they have the cheek not to pay it, they don’t even respond to any emails either, seriously AVOID!!

ive been waiting almost a week for my first payment... and they said 1-2 days. scam and liars

I spent money and time getting myself to a payout of 20 pounds. it’s been over a year with me making numerous complaints trying to get in contact to receive my payment and it was still never made. Complete waste of time

Joined and to be fair plenty of easy to do surveys poured in. Put two claims in for 2 x £5 Amazon vouchers . Got email confirmation they have been cashed in, so far, so good. One week later no rewards arrived. Contacted their customer service to see what's what but still no reply. Two weeks later no reply? Not sure it's a scam site but clearly not everyone gets paid.

Never paid me. I reached the threshold to cashout, requested the money, and they never paid me. I knew Survey Pop had a reputation of being scammers so it was risky joining them, and it turned out to be true. I'll stick with other sites.

I’ve been using this survey site for quite some time now. I completed an offer 5 days ago. It was for Uphold. I was advised to download the app, create an account and deposit $10. After that I was suppose to receive $35.60! It also stated that I would receive the money in an hour. After 5 days, I still haven’t received it yet and I’ve sent 3 emails. No one has gotten back to me yet. I’m very disappointed and I think it’s unprofessional that no one has gotten back to me yet. It really feels like a scam at this point! Beware!

Used to be great, but now there’s no customer service. They never reply to issues despite numerous attempts. Never received my last two pay outs. Don’t bother signing up! Waste of time!

Worst, fraudulent and time waster. The most worthless survey to take. Cannot pay out a penny but will fill up for survey. Cheat I am very sure they have been paid by the company but they do not want to pay out to those who did the survey. I curse this survey pop

I had a great experience with this app but last two weeks, there are surveys to be had but either I don’t qualify- fair enough, they crash when I’m towards the end OR I get kicked out halfway through. It’s so frustrating.

Their support is terrible.
I presented an account creation error and their suoport is inattentive and non responsive.
They ask for previously provided information and do not provide any details on the questions i have asked.

Total waste of time and effort.

This was a really good site at one time. The quality and value of surveys has declined in recent months. Cashing out was straightforward however is now slow / borderline non-existent. Plenty of more reliable alternatives out there which is a shame as the app was fun and well-designed.
