Amazing quality. The best customer service. They even text me saying have a good wedding. They were quick to respond when I asked questions at the beginning and when ordered.

The whole experience with Swagger & Swoon was fantastic. We firstly purchased ties and pocket squares for our wedding groomsmen which were gorgeous (antique copper paisley design). Looking for a bow tie for our son, we couldn’t find the right match. George reached out to us and managed to produce a custom bow tie in the same material. I was kept up to speed with the progress of the order and it arrived in plenty of time and was PERFECT. He looked like a star! Thank you so much to the team at S&S!

I ordered a tie for my husband on our wedding day. It was a spur of the moment thing and didn't ask for a colour swatch as I didn't have tine. I was hoping it was going to be as advertised on their site. When it arrived it was perfect, so well made, perfect colour and arrived in time for the big day. I am so impressed with this company and their communication is spot on. I 100% recommend them, they go above and beyond to help even on small orders like mine. A great company who deserve to do well. Fantastic service throughout from Swagger & Swoon, from initial queries, to ordering swatches, to the final product. George and the team are communicative, super personable, and respond quickly. The ties and pocket squares themselves are lovely quality, and the fabric range is immense. Turnaround was very quick, though I ordered with plenty of time to spare. I'd definitely recommend S&S!

We were searching for a particular shade of green for my son wedding tie and found the perfect match thanks to Swagger & Swoon. When the colour wasn’t right we were sent swatches and they exchanged what we bought without any fuss. They recommended cufflinks and socks etc that were just perfect. Thank you George for all your help. Together with a follow up email to see how the day went

Great customer service when there was not enough material for a table runner and ties on a discontinued fabric. George asked us for a photo of the groom's waistcoat and sent several more swatches. A Happy Wedding Day text was a lovely touch.

He also arranged a seamless return when we ordered the wrong size for the children’s ties and ensured the correct ones arrived before the wedding. We ordered ties for our wedding for the Groom, Groomsmen & our little page boy. The service was nothing short of amazing! We had amazing communication throughout .. from ordering the swatches (which we received the day after ordering!) To texts & emails throughout, updating us on the progress of our order - which I found truly amazing! We received the ties really quickly & they were of amazing quality & matched our wedding perfectly! I would highly recommend this company!

We went round 20+ shops looking for the perfect ties for our wedding. Then one day we found Swagger & Swoon who offered sample orders. There were lots of options we liked so we ordered some samples and loved several of them. We made our choice and were so pleased. Everything from ordering, returns, communications was fantastic and one of the best companies I've ever ordered from for anything. The amount of customer care they provide is fantastic. We would defintley use in future for other events! Cannot recommend Swagger & Swoon Enough!

I ordered a tie and pocket square for a wedding guest outfit for my hubby to compliment my outfit and also a tie for the Man of Honour to complement his suit — he looked absolutely fabulous! The service was brilliant from start to finish. The packaging was beautiful, and everything arrived so promptly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful text messages to check that everything was okay and to wish us a wonderful time at the wedding think they were from George such a lovely personal touch.
