We went round 20+ shops looking for the perfect ties for our wedding. Then one day we found Swagger & Swoon who offered sample orders. There were lots of options we liked so we ordered some samples and loved several of them. We made our choice and were so pleased. Everything from ordering, returns, communications was fantastic and one of the best companies I've ever ordered from for anything. The amount of customer care they provide is fantastic. We would defintley use in future for other events! Cannot recommend Swagger & Swoon Enough!

I ordered a tie and pocket square for a wedding guest outfit for my hubby to compliment my outfit and also a tie for the Man of Honour to complement his suit — he looked absolutely fabulous! The service was brilliant from start to finish. The packaging was beautiful, and everything arrived so promptly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful text messages to check that everything was okay and to wish us a wonderful time at the wedding think they were from George such a lovely personal touch. I can’t recommend this company highly enough for both quality and customer care

Absolutely can't fault swagger and swoons customer care. They're updates and reassurances during the ordering process and after has been exceptional. Not to mention the quality of the ties and colour match to exact specifications.

The colour swatches arrived quickly and the options where perfect. Once we had decided on the best colour match for the ties and pocket squares everything arrived in a timely fashion. We where even able to get matching bow ties for our dogs. The company kept us informed all the way through from placement of order, to cutting stage, making, dispatch and expected delivery.

A really personal experience with the staff. Was able to have a conversation about what type of tie and colour I wanted for my wedding. The colour I wanted was difficult to find but I was sent a number of swatches to try and find the best tie for me. Once that was done the order was completed and everything went really smoothly, good quality ties too!

The service and product from swagger and swoon is exceptional. I would definitely buy from them again
True saying you get what you pay for and in this case they weren’t even more expensive than a department store

This company was so helpful when we were choosing wedding ties, pocket squares, ring bearer cushion all to match the colour scheme, they even provided the same material to enable us to make a bow for the flower girl dress. The products come beautifully packaged. We were kept upto date via text on were the orders were up too. Even got a text on the wedding day wishing the bride and groom a lovely day

Excellent communication and very helpful. Had a wide range of colours to select from, and ordering samples was so quick and easy. Delivery was quick and they also have a long returns window incase you need to change your mind last minute. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to colour match ties!

Swagger & Swoon were great at helping me find the best colour match for my wedding tie to match with the bridesmaid dresses. I reached out via email and sent over a picture of the dress colour to see if they could select the best colour swatches for me.

George from their customer service team was super helpful and sent me a bunch of swatches which allowed me to pick the best one. It's often tricky to tell the true colour tone when looking at a picture on the site, so having the swatches posted to me was very useful.

I ordered 4 sets of ties and pocket squares and 3 bowties for the kids. They were perfect, great quality and overall just what we needed.

The ties and pocket squares we bought were perfect. I loved that you could order fabric samples before ordering the ties to make sure they matched our bridesmaids. Communication from Swagger and Swoon was great throughout the ordering process and the ties arrives earlier than I expected. Great service all round.

What an incredible service! From start to finish, Swagger and swoon was a wonderful experience. I ordered swatches and was contacted by Gemma to check in. She was quick to provide further support and send out more swatches to help me find the perfect colour. We ordered child dickie bows and an adult tie. They were quick to arrive and the quality was incredible. I was also in contact with George who again was quick with responses and extremely helpful. I have been blown away by their customer service and the quality of their products. I would 100% recommend.

As father of the bride, I had ordered a tie and matching pocket square from a different supplier and after having waited 6 weeks and been fobbed off, I reached out to Swagger & Swoon to help. They couldn't have been more helpful. Once ordered, they kept me informed throughout and the delivery came through in plenty of time and the quality of both the tie and pocket square were excellent.
