One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Great customer service from start to finish. They helped me pick out the perfect bow tie and pocket squares to match my bridesmaid dresses and the match couldn’t have been better! Brilliant communication including wishing us a great wedding day and following up after the event. Highly recommend this company - don’t hesitate if you are thinking of using them!

We received great service. Samples arrived quickly and we were pleased to find a pretty perfect match. However, we were short on time and needed to ensure delivery before the standard quoted lead time. The company invites you to call and discuss if timing looks a problem, which we did. Juss was nothing but helpful and arranged our order fullfillment to be brought forward, arriving with days to spare. There were regular update texts and a good luck message for the wedding day. This was exceptional, responsive customer service which was refreshing to receive. We would highly recommend.

Ordered swatches for my sons wedding. Beautiful colours that matched the bridesmaids dresses. Had a few questions and called them, so helpful and placed my ordered. Great customer service, as they kept me updated. When they arrived we were so happy with them as they were beautiful. Got a lovely text on the day of the wedding, wishing us well. Would highly recommend.

First class service. Added an extra tie at short notice. All ties excellent and colour matched perfect and would highly recommend.

I knocked one star off this review as communication could be better with this company. They email saying orders will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Mine took slightly longer (4 weeks). This isn’t a problem, but I had noted the negative reviews about timescales and communication and so spent a lot of time chasing them to ensure my order arrived in time for the event.

Great product but would beware if you’re ordering with a tight turnaround as it can cause stress!

The customer service has been outstanding. They really went above and beyond in helping me find the right colour ties for my wedding. I had to send one order back and within a week I’d had new swatches and the new ties arrived within days. They were perfect. The communication and constant updates was so reassuring at such a busy and stressful time. Highly recommend

Great quality items arrived well in advance of the wedding date. However I had a mishap with one of the ties and pocket squares only 3 week before the wedding, the customer services team ( namely Juss) helped me out massively and rushed an additional tie and pocket square through. Can't recommend them enough xx

Fantastic service !! I was a little concerned that the tie I ordered for my father would not arrived on time as it had taken a little longer than the 2-3weeks . After sending an email I received a very prompt reply assuring me not to worry as they had my wedding date and it would arrive on time. True to there word it arrived 3 days later and matched my mothers outfit perfectly. Wedding was perfect as was the tie .

Outstanding customer service and high quality products. Placed a last-minute order due to our wedding ties being the incorrect shade. Ayesha acknowledged my order within 24 hours and ensured that our order was processed to our wedding date deadline instead of leaving it to normal business lead times. Do not order from this company unless you're prepared to wait a long time for delivery. I've been waiting 5-and-a-half weeks now (vs the 2-3 weeks they claimed at checkout), with no end in sight.

I wouldn't mind a slight delay, but their customer service won't give me any meaningful updates. Just vague reassurances that "it'll be ready in time for the wedding", which is difficult to trust if they can't give even a delivery window.

Given the length of time other reviewers have been waiting, I'm not optimistic about receiving my ties by my wedding date despite ordering months in advance.

I placed and order on 30.04.22 for only 3 normal ties, 1 bow tie and 3 pocket squares and I am still waiting. I have 3 weeks until my wedding and this is the sort of thing that will send me into a panic.

Ordered over 7 weeks ago and still no delivery and no-one from Swagger & Swoon can update me on how much longer I will be waiting. I have contacted multiple times now as the website states 2-3 weeks for delivery and I am becoming increasingly concerned that the delivery will not arrive in time for the wedding or in time for us to replace should anything be wrong with the items. The communication received so far is beyond unacceptable. Please update me and send my order out ASAP. If you are too busy then you should've stopped taking orders whilst you caught up, yet you are still taking orders and promising 2-3 weeks delivery!!!

After searching what felt like the entire country for ties in the right colour I found Swagger and Swoon who were able to provide me with custom wedding ties and accessories that were precisely colour matched to my theme and, as well as making the whole process easy on me, they even turned it around in double quick time!

I was struggling to find a tie colour match for our bridesmaid dresses, but with S&S's swatch service, I managed to find an identical match!

Although expected delivery was 8 weeks, I gave my wedding date and all 8 ties & pocket squares arrived a week before the wedding (a 5 five week turn around in the end). Great customer service from Anna too, who reassured me my order would arrive with plenty time.

I had some issues getting in touch about my order initially which concerned me but after that I got a quick response to every email and received all the ties and pocket squares in time for our wedding rehearsal. I was in contact with Anna in their customer service team and she did a great job making sure I was up to date with what was happening.
