AVOID this company at all costs.!!!
Despite confirming my order on 27th August 2026, taking payment and stating orders would take between 5-7 days to deliver 6 weeks on I have received nothing. No response to previous emails so Customer Support is non existent. No telephone number to contact.

How on earth does this company even get more than one star. Why can’t you award it what it deserves NO stars

Been waiting 3 weeks for an item have sent 5 emails politely asking what is happening and every one has been ignored I doubt I will ever receive my order Worst company I have ever dealt with

AWFUL.
Ordered the item, received confirmation, then nothing! No tracking, no response to my emails, and no telephone number to call them on. AVOID!

Order never arrived - and no sign of a refund a month in. Only one means of contacting them - such poor service and paid for something I did not receive .

I ordered 2 mugs on 31 August as a token present for a family member. The order confirmation said delivery would be 5-7 days. Nothing turned up so I emailed to ask when I would be likely to receive the item. I emailed twice but got no response. Then I read the reviews and was convinced I wasn’t going to receive my order. Surprise, surprise it turned up yesterday! I was amazed that the mugs were in one piece given the poor packaging - one box was crushed on one side and the mugs were in plastic bags. No bubble wrap or anything to protect them and not worth the money I paid. Will never use this Company again!

16 days since I ordered and still ah ent dispatched my item. I’ve contacted them multiple times and I’ve been ignored

I ordered a wall art sticker . It took several weeks to be delivered . When I finally received it some of the letters were stuck together so I couldn't use them . I emailed them to explain and another four weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for a response . I decided to try to utilise the sticker and source some letters from elsewhere, unfortunately the original wall sticker was such poor quality I haven't been able to use it . So much time has passed I don't qualify to get a refund according to their Ts &Cs

Chasing an order placed weeks ago. I know where they are based so will be calling round for my money if needs be

Excellent, I read the reviews after purchasing 6 of the personalised bags. I was really worried that they wouldn’t turn up. However after few days the seller responded to my email and the items were sent quickly. The items are a lovely quality and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Took my money and no goods! no way of contacting them apart from email which they ignore!!!

This kind of business needs to be stopped and reported, legal action is needed as day light robbery with no products to send !

If I lived nearer would be knocking on their door demanding my hard earned cash back!!!!!!!

No order despite emailing them and going through their contact form they replied stating its cause of fathers day coming yet was told it would be dispatched next day yet im still waiting ive waited long enough now so have to go elsewhere for the same thing hopefully quicker I have now applied for refund via my bank as I mentioned I want a refund but obviously was ignored. Wish I found their trust pilot page before hand...

Should be a no star option. They have taken my money but not sent any sort of order confirmation have tried contacting them twice using the online form with no reply. Basically just been robbed by them have to try and go through the bank to try and get refunded as there is no other ways to contact the company and they’re just ignoring me knowing they’ve taken my money.

I have received my order after a long wait for it to be incorrect. I checked the information I sent to them was correct and it is an error on their part! I have tried to contact them twice now and have yet to receive a response! Will not be using these again!

I'll give one star in the company's favour as they did respond to my email asking to change the size of the ""table". Quality wise, garbage. The staining for the colour looks like someone has spilt a cup of tea over it, it wobbles and is basically 3 pieces of cheap wood held together with 2 planks underneath. The 3 top pieces do not even sit flush. It is a piece of c#ap.

It was easy to put together and the quality is fantastic!

Slow delivery had to chase no response! Eventually arrived following dispute raised with the bank, anyway horrendous quality, had to give up and bin the lot! I’ll expect a full refund! Please don’t use this company!

I have ordered from this company twice before with no problem but this time my order didn’t arrive so I filled in the ‘contact us’ box but no reply…. have done so again so 🤞 but very disappointed.

Awful company, avoid at all costs! Ordered a print on 31st January, have received nothing other than a confirmation email. Have emailed several times to ask for an update and still not received a single reply to any emails. It’s now 23rd February and still no item or reply to any emails!

Ordered a wall decal for our living room. From the time of ordering & paying and after 3-4 weeks of waiting for the product and numerous emails to chase up the product arrival, we received the decal yesterday (19.02.26).

Followed the supplied instructions to prep before applying to our wall. The letters/words are failing to come away from the backing paper. My wife & I have rubbed, rubbed & rubbed some more over the decal to get it to come away from the backing paper and to no avail.

So, I've now emailed the company to request a return & refund.

I wish I'd checked reviews on this company before hand as I would not have placed an order with them.

One reviewer states that she's surprised at the amount of bad reviews for this company as she has had positive success. But, please people, 86% of 1 star reviews says it all about this company and the quality of products. If it was a small percentage of 1 star ratings then one would look to the amount of positives that would outweigh the negatives but this company is one of the worst I've seen in terms of it's poor review ratings.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS & SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Update 01.03.26: I have received a full refund from SW C.

Ordered the same Wall Design Decal from a company called ICON. From ordering to delivery to applying the decal to our wall, it all took 1 week. Easy ordering. Excellent communication from ICON and the decal, although lengthy in time to apply to our wall, is tip top quality and looks brilliant. And it only cost £2 more than the poor decal from SW C.
