Always great customer service at Sweaty…
Always great customer service at Sweaty Betty - I shop here frequently and although I don’t often have to contact their team, when I do they are always friendly and quick to sort out any issues I’ve had. Their leggings, although pricey, are my favourite brand by far, and they are great quality and super comfortable! I would always recommend them!

Free returns are a lie and scam
They advertise free returns. So I bought items, they were too small. I arrange return and it says to go to a Fedex Depot. There are only 5 in all of Ireland the nearest one is 2 hours drive. It says collection with FedEx but there is no option on the Fedex website. This is a SCAM, I did not expect a reputable company such as this to do this. On their online chat I am being sent the same reply by the ai chatbot, it is useless. I spent over €100, it is too much money. I need to return the items for free as advertised.

I have not received my item i have beenordering online for years with no issues on saturdays delivery was left in doorway when looked at delivery status which i did not receive i emailed yourselves first time going threw this and still no response

Really poor
Really poor - placed an order, order cancelled. Re ordered and this has been cancelled too. Item now out of stock. Generic email stating order cancelled is really unacceptable. Bad customer service/ ordering process if stock levels are not updated quickly (both orders were several days apart).

I haven't received my parcel i orderd…
I haven't received my parcel i orderd over two weeks ago. i have contacted customer services last thursday via mail. i am still waiting for a reply. i called various times and they don't answer there phone. on the internet it says live chat but there is no live chat facility.
i have used sweaty betty for years this company has serious problems. If you don't like stress in your life don't order online go to a shop

Happy with query resolution
Dealt with Anne Marie on chat today regarding a missing item in my delivery.
There was another order created with shipping.
Only gripe having to wait 20 minutes for the system to allocate a team member to my query.

Poor delivery experience
I recently placed an order to be delivered in store, but Sweaty Betty’s delivery page didn’t update so I missed the chance to collect it. I emailed asking about it and received no response. I had no communication about the status of the returned order. When I messaged them, they said they would cover free next day delivery, but the refund wasn’t back in my account and I didn’t want to risk a second try until it was repaid. A very poor experience overall, and disappointing as I’ve shopped with them for years
