Evri lost my order and Faith was helpful in replacing the order for me and I have just received my items as she promised. I am not happy a company like Sweaty Betty use Evri but I am very happy with the customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I ordered two gym bags from Squiffy Betty eight days ago, costing around £100 in total. Since then, the tracking has shown exactly the same thing: awaiting carrier pickup.” No movement, no delivery, no meaningful update.

I emailed customer service and received no response. I then tried their chatbot and couldn’t get anyone to join. The following day I tried again and spent 50 minutes waiting on the chat with the "team member" taking about 15 mins between each response.

After all that waiting, instead of actually resolving the issue, I was told they now need another 48 hours to “look into it.”

Even more bizarrely, they are apparently claiming that, according to their records, I collected the order myself. I absolutely did not. Their own tracking still says the parcel is awaiting carrier pickup, so I would love to know how I could possibly have collected an order that, according to the tracking information, hasn’t even been picked up by the carrier.

So at the moment I am £100 out of pocket, with no gym bags and no resolution, despite spending well over an hour across two days simply trying to get somebody to deal with the problem.

For an order to go nowhere for eight days is bad enough. For emails to be ignored, customers to be left waiting nearly an hour on chat, and then to be given completely contradictory information about supposedly collecting an order is unacceptable.

Based on my experience so far, I would seriously think twice before ordering from Sweaty Betty. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Had to wait for about 15 minutes to get an agent for customer service to address an exchange, but when I did, she was quite helpful and prompt in assisting with my queries. However, exchanging a sale item seems to be cumbersome. I will now have to return my item, get back onto SB chat, and then request another “birthday discount code” to repurchase my item. This seems like a lot of moving parts. Other retailers make exchanges quite easy. I love SB and have been a patron for a long time, but this is pretty annoying. I hope my item is still available in a couple of days. To be clear, though, the customer service agent was very nice.

Great customer service by Gemma regarding some issues I had applying my birthday code at checkout. She resolved the issue quickly and waited online to ensure everything went smoothly.

Sweaty Betty have always been really helpful and quick to accept any return for a new size. They are also really good at sorting any discount code issues. Charlotte has always been very efficient and patient. I am a very loyal and happy customer!

Sweaty Betty have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I used the online chat to query a delayed delivery and after a brief interaction with AI was directed to Gemma K who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’m very confident to continue ordering online with Sweaty Betty if they can respond to courier issues in such a positive manner.

Excellent customer service, helpful and efficient

This is my second review. I am still waiting for Sweaty Betty to tell me where I return my order, process a refund etc. after complaining on Trustpilot a customer service agent emailed me she said they would help. Then absolutely nothing. Zero. I now am leaving France where the goods were delivered, and cannot make a return. Never never. Ever buy from this company online.

Recently purchased a pair of the power leggings in the sale. This was my first time buying from Sweaty Betty. The leggings were £66 (reduced from £88), although they were a lot more than I’d normally pay for one pair of leggings, I decided to try them due to all the rave reviews online.

When they first arrived I thought they were really nice, they were a good fit and comfortable to wear. However, after just 10 days of purchasing them and only worn 3 times, I noticed one fo the seams had become loose and was starting to come apart. Another section where the stitching has come away has caused a small hole in the fabric. I’ve never had a pair of leggings do this so soon.

Really disappointed in the quality, especially for the price.

Shopping here is just the most pleasant experience. The team are always so uplifting and happy and genuinely so nice! They give their thoughts when you try things on and are helpful, nothing is too much. I love visiting the weybridge store! Hannah, Vicky and Reena are just the best, thank you for making me smile and leave the shop with a bounce in my step!

I like the products despite being in my mind over priced.
I was sent an email inviting me to have a 20% discount in return for signing up for a newsletter.
I then spent a very unpleasant time attempting to obtain the discount code and one hurdle followed another.
Email s not received, code not obtained, need to create an account before using the code, code not accepted.
I could go on and on.
Anyway in the end I bought the £90 leggings at the full price. I expect that this is actually what the company wants you to do.

I purchased a £160 jacket from Sweaty Betty on Friday 28th August for a special occasion, with delivery promised for Saturday 29th. Evri failed to deliver, claiming they needed address details they already correctly had. On Tuesday 1st September, I called the store for help. The manager deflected blame to the courier, and when I pointed out that Sweaty Betty is responsible for delivery, she claimed she "didn't feel comfortable," said she was contacting customer services, and hung up on me.That same day, Customer Care emailed asking for my address again and intimating they would resolve it. I requested a direct phone call, which they completely ignored. By Friday 4th September, I still had heard nothing back.Frustrated, I went into the store in person on 3rd September and saw the exact jacket in stock. I asked if I could take it, but the manager shockingly tried to make me pay an additional £160 for it. I refused, and only then did she reluctantly let me have the jacket.Sweaty Betty has completely washed their hands of me. They have refused to offer a single penny in compensation for the immense stress, missing my special occasion, and the appalling customer service. Getting what I paid for shouldn't require this much fighting. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

I had an issue with a pair of shorts i purchased and without hesitation i was sent out a new pair! 10/10 customer service and really looking forward to carry on wearing my favourite shorts. A special mention to Emma who was of great help on the live chat today🥰

My item was lost in transit and it was a birthday gift for my mums. Gemma K helped so much and even called the store to see if there was any in stock I could collect so my mum would still receive her present on time.

After my waterproof, longline parka failing, I contacted Customer Service yesterday. By today,a replacement was in its way by overnight courier. Excellent customer service from Anne-Marie and Amy B. 💞

2nd time being served by Vicky and she was very helpful & knew her stock.

Initially there was an error made with my home delivery order which was made in a Sweaty Betty store. However after
customer services were involved I had prompt and really helpful communication and the problem was quickly resolved. Customer service was excellent! Thanks.

Offer was apparently not available on an item but after checking online it was they happily refunded the difference. Very pleased with the service provided by Emma!

Keira, Talia and Asta were super friendly the entire time I was in the store, very helpful and overall gave great customer service.
