Non-SB item promptly returned
I accidentally sent a non-SB item back with my returns. The customer care team at SB (including Ben, Sophie and Gemma K), swiftly located the parcel with the help of their warehouse team posted it back to me free of charge. They communicated efficiently with me every step of the way.

Discount code was not working but has been fixed!
I received a 30% off discount code via email, but when I tried to use it, the code did not work. I emailed Customer Care to ask about this & a very kind lady named Faith was able to sort it for me & apply the code to my basket so that I could go ahead with my purchase & still receive the discount. What a service & a company that i love & will be recommending to all my running friends! Thank you 🙏🏼 SB!

I have tried to contact Sweaty Betty ref an order I would like to make. I was sent an email with what suggested contained an online discount code. Unfortunately the code was missing. I completed the webform and heard nothing for two days. I then received an email stating they had applied the code of 40% to my basket which contained a lot of items. Unfortunately they didn't ask if I needed anything else and I had a few more items to add of which the discount did not get applied. I have contacted them yet again and yet again they fail to respond. Some of these items have limited sizes and time to order them so I am very concerned I will not be able to secure the order. I am dyslexic and find the webforms etc very difficult. You cannot email them. you cannot call them. This is not good service. Yours sincerely Amanda Gill

I contacted customer service, and my issue was resolved quickly and completely. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this on my own, so I really appreciate it. One suggestion I have is to make the help button easier to find.

Issue with a bra and resolved so quickly
I had an issue with the zero gravity sports bra when running long distances. I sent an email to sweaty Betty and they were so helpful at resolving my issue they have offered an alternative bra for me to try instead and they were so quick at getting back to me big shout out to Charlotte C and Faith for organising this for me so grateful as I’m just about to do my first half marathon! Very excited to receive the new bras and try them out!

Get a human.
At first i had to use the chat bot, which wasnt great. When I got through to a human Gemma K, she was extreeemly helpful and got my issue sorted brilliantly.

APPALLING ONLINE ORDERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Three out of my last 5 online orders have been cancelled by SB. No explanation. My birthday discount was bungled by SB on three occasions. They offered me a retrospective discount by way of apology, if I bought a product they kept cancelling. Now I've managed at last to buy it, three months later, they are ignoring all my emails requesting the discount they offered. I received an email this morning cancelling my most recent order. I never used to have issues with SB, they were always brilliant to deal with. But recently it has been a total nightmare. What is going on with (lack of) Customer Service? And what is going on with (lack of) online ordering systems. It's appalling.
