Terrible customer service!
Looked at a romper online but decided not to purchase at that exact moment. Within an hour had an email saying it was selling for half the price so clicked the link only to find it at full price. Emailed to ask them about this and they said there was nothing they could do but offer me a 20% discount off the full price and sent me another email shortly after again saying it was half price!
Customer service were unhelpful and blamed it on an old price email. Will not be buying for them in the future!

Victoria London store experience
I went into the Victoria London store and bought a buttercup yellow matching bra and short set and after one wash the colour faded completely.
I was chatting with customer service via email and they offered me a partial refund and I could keep the set. However the colour fade was so bad it would be a set I would never wear.
They advised that I visited the store and I spoke with Dervela and she was amazing and sorted the problem straight away with an exchange.
Due to this interaction in store, I will continue to buy from the brand but just hope the yellow set comes back next year with a better quality material that doesn’t fade.

I always buy my yoga clothes from Sweat Betty, as a yoga teacher I buy a fair amount. The quality of their clothes are wonderful and the customer service is brilliant. I am always impressed with the company. A very happy customer.

Gift card issue
Added a gift voucher to reduce the cost of the order but it was not deducted when the payment was taken. I emailed straight away (purchased in the evening) got a helpful reply the next day. All sorted when the order was received. Could not have been any easier to advise of the issue and it was all resolved within days. Very good service and I love the leggings, both the colour, patten and material.

Brijesh was incredible
Brijesh was incredible! So helpful and kind. He informed us of all of the special deals going on and went down multiple times for other sizes and colors in the items we wanted to buy. This sweaty Betty was by far the best of any of the stores I’ve been in.
