I am so impressed with the quality of Sweaty Betty products but even more impressed with the treatment I received from Customer Service. They listen, reply and actioned my query. I feel they genuinely care about their Customers and communication is a vital part of “who they are”. Many thanks for listening but also making me feel a valued customer. My first experience purchasing from Sweaty Betty, and it couldn’t have been better! I recently dropped my gym water bottle (a different brand), and it broke, so I was looking for a replacement. Since they had 25% off and I was travelling, I decided to pop in and have a look. I queried the price with Jasmine and she was wonderful. So polite, friendly and helpful. She even offered to wash it out and fill it up with water, since I wanted to use it straight away. Amazing customer service that is rare nowadays. It really made my day :) thank you!

I bought a pair of shorts and the waistband started to unravel soon after getting them. I don’t return them as I liked the shorts and thought I may be able to fix them. I was asked to write a review and, off the back of that, the company reached out and offered to exchange them. I accepted as, by this time, the second row of stitching was starting to unravel. I emailed the company as requested and then waited several days for a reply. There was quite a lot of emails back and forth; sometimes they responded quickly and others, not. I was initially told they would be exchanged and then, 12 hours later, I was told it would be a refund only. I sent them back and then had to follow up about the refund. The whole returns process is dire and unnecessarily drawn out. Really puts me off buying online again; previously I’ve bought in-store. The whole experience has put me off the brand now.

Had an issue using a Birthday discount code.Got through to a human agent on the chat box quickly and all resolved.

Being a yoga teacher I requested the discount that SB offer and the process was so smooth. The responses quick and very knowledgeable.

Contacted online because I couldn't find a gift voucher they had emailed. It was several months ago so I was worried they couldn't do anything. However, without question, they emailed the voucher again. Fantastic customer service. :)

Order was delayed by several weeks, apparently sitting in an Evri depot, then declared missing so SB sent a replacement order which did arrive. Unfortunately everything was too small or too tight so I need to return. The only option is evri drop off which is 60 miles away! Can't use Royal Mail, DPD or Inpost unless I pay..for what is supposed to be free returns. Tried 'live chat' several times over several days, Bot is useless and never get put through to an advisor, no phone number so can only email and it takes several days to get a response and even then my queries don't always get answered so I reply..only to wait several more days. All completely unacceptable and I wouldn't ever order again. Absolute nightmare..

Poor customer service. I've been waiting over 2 hours on live chat trying to speak to someone about a missing parcel. No phone number to call either.

I have had a pair of Sweaty Betty leggings which cost £99 in 2016. I have worn them a lot, but over the last two years they've gone see-through and the seams have now actually come apart at the knees and the zip pocket, but honestly I do not think that's good enough for such an expensive pair. I have Primark & New Look leggings which I have had for more than 10 years and worn just as much which are still fine!!!

Still waiting for my delivery (which was disposed of by Evri for unknown reasons). Waiting over a day for a reply to my email, tried the chat bot which transferred me to customer services - so far waiting over 3 hours on that and they finish for the day in half an hour. Would have purchased in store (Exeter) but the assistant was so dis-interested I thought online would be easier...

Great customer service via live chat with Kelli. My issue was resolved in minutes.

I can't contact ANYONE. I am trying to return 3 items and having changed adresss since I ordered, the system won't allow me to select an Evri venue and confirm. No one has come back to me, the chat on the website doesn't work and there is no contact number.

This company has been bought out and it's become quite simply awful.

The customer service is AMAZING in the Dublin store. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back

I have been a Sweaty Betty customer for several years and love the clothes, but the customer service has become unbearable.

The only options are to e-mail, or use the AI chat bot, which delivers an error whenever you ask to speak to a team member. E-mail is fine if you aren’t in a rush, but when your next day delivery fails to arrive the day before your holiday, you need to speak to someone with some level of urgency, which is quite literally impossible.

They used to have a phone line, so why they got rid of it is beyond me.

Will seriously think before I order online from them again as it’s incredibly frustrating.

I previously had the same issue with SB warehouse team sending me the wrong order (logged 12th May) and now again for my most recent order.
I contacted SB and was through to Amanda who helped replace my wrong order. The colour i wanted is now out of stock so unfortunately wasnt able to get that colour.

Feedback for SB webiste:
1) Pages take ages to load - SEO is not great!
2) You show colours are available when they're actually out of stock!! This has happened to be twice and again today when i asked for a brown bra that as my replacement that looked to be in stock but Amanda let me know it was not actually in stock
3) Numerous amount of times this year alone, i have received the wrong colour, wrong legging, wrong bra etc. Quite shocking.
I buy from here because i like the products but the website really lets the company down unfortunately.

Good thing the company has an SB customer care team otherwise i would have given up a long time ago!
