Great customer service, my issue was resolved quickly. Very happy . It would be even better to have more options for returning items for customers who live remotely. I hope Sweaty Betty will do this in the future as it makes me think twice before ordering something.

worst customer service and logistics... don't order online as most likely that would get lost. When I tried to reach out, their customer service agent took ages to reply. I will update this review if the resolution promised was completed. Would never recommend buying online.

Great customer service
Have been a fan of Sweaty Betty for a long time, especially love the 6" power shorts. Recently bought a top from one of their stores and when I got home I realised it was faulty. Got in touch with customer services and a refund was issued the same day as I was unable to travel back to the shop. 10/10 for customer services.

I had an order that went missing in transit and I was only expecting to arrange a refund however Gemma K. found me a replacement pair of leggings and has arranged to have these sent next day delivery. Really pleased at how this was dealt with above and beyond helpful. Will definitely order again.

Order didnt arrive and Poor Customer Service
My delivery didn't arrive after three weeks of chasing it. Finally got through to customer service who can't cancel and order, process and goodwill discount or issue a refund....took 30 mins on Chat to resolve plus numerous emails that went un responded too. Such a disappointing online experience. Waste of time and frustrating.

SB website fails after payment; no refund
I ordered leggings online and once I pressed the payment link (by MBWAY), I confirmed payment on the payment app, then their website had an error and did not load the order confirmation. I emailed to check if the order was processed; it was not, they said. But I could see the money has gone out of my account. SB customer service refuses to do anything. I had to contact their payment platform, who told me they indeed processed the payment and sent SB the money already. With this info SB said they would refund within a week, but it’s been more than two months and nothing. I chased every week and they did nothing. They know they have the money but refuse to do anything to refund it. Customer support is non existent. Don’t buy online.

I have always found the leggings are good quality and I know that they fit me well. I like the fabric and find it supportive without being uncomfortable to wear to the gym. I have only had issues with evri delivery, so I would recommend trying to collect from store!
