Visited by swift’s Paul & Tony on Tuesday.. pre arranged by swift to check the awning.. arrived nice and early and got straight to it.. did a great job and did some other repairs whilst here.. they cleaned up after all repairs..
I cannot speak highly enough of how friendly and professional these guys are, and a credit to swift.

Our 1 year old Swift caravan has a major problem with the suspension. It has been off the road for a month at a time we need it for planned trips. Al-Ko, which made the chassis has failed to supply the part needed. While this is not directly Swift's fault, it has simply refused to use its position as a major customer of Al-Ko to put any pressure on that supplier to engage with our dealership to get this issue resolved and save our imminent major holiday.
UPDATE (later on 22 May): Prompted by this review, Swift have now done what they had repeatedly told me on the phone they could not do, and chased Al-Ko. They in turn have promised my dealer that the part will be delivered by 0830 tomorrow...

I had a visit today from Paul and Tony of the Swift mobile team. They were very efficient and helpful. As well as dealing with the job they were booked for they helped me out with a couple of other things that needed attending to.

Swift Aftercare are awful. Numerous faults with my Trekker but they don’t want to know I’m shocked that this vehicle was allowed to go to a dealers in the state it is in.
Still chasing Swift Avoid,Avoid this company.
Anyone who would like to see the photos of what came off the factory floor and apparently been checked let me know.

Two lovely gentleman , Phil G and Phil R, came to fix our squeaky floor today. Didn’t take long and made an excellent job.

Swift arranged to have trekker awning checked. Tony & Paul arrived on time and as well as dealing with the awning issue (incorrectly fitted at factory, front bracket broken!), they sorted a number of minor issues as well. Very friendly and happy to help, but once again it needs pointing out that if Swift had better quality control at the factory, a lot of these engineer visits would not be necessary.

Swift has just been out to do some warranty work and what a lovely guy.

We have had two Swift engineers out now and both have been great.
We have had two other brands of holiday homes and Swift has been the best by far.
Well made holiday home and very well mannered engineers.
A big thanks to Jake who was our engineer today.

Wayne came out to repair a dent in the vinyl flooring. He did an excellent job repairing it and he also changed the damaged cupboard door while he was here. Thanks Wayne.

Wayne from Swift called me on Monday to say he would be with me on Tuesday morning. He arrived on time and did a great job fixing the snags on my Trekker X. He could not fix the bracket in the pop top roof so has ordered a new one and will call again. Contact directly with Swift was poor. Trying to find out in advance when they were coming was impossible and although Wayne told me I should have had an email the week before I had nothing from Swift. Ringing them didn’t help as the reception person was quite difficult and it was not possible to speak to anyone that planned the route / repair schedule. Very happy with Wayne and his work though.

Tony & Paul visited house to undertake some factory required repairs to the van, whilst here did a couple of other bits and bobs which was appreciated. Great team doing a good job

May 12th Prearranged visit at the instigation of Swift regarding the awning attachment. The whole process was seamless, Paul and Tony arrived on time and after introductions, explained exactly what they were going to do and why. They were informative and responsive to any questions I raised, very professional and friendly.
The task was soon completed and they also dealt with a couple of other minor issues whilst there.
I can only been impressed and grateful with the way Swift and their team of mobile engineers have dealt with an issue we were totally unaware of. We are aware that there have been problems but we can only speak as we find. Many thanks Paul and Tony, a credit to your Company.

Today we had a visit from Swift engineers Paul & Tony, really impressed with their service and professionalism, nothing was too much and all jobs carried out with great care.

We had a prearranged visit from Tony and Paul the Swift engineers today after emailing Swift Group last week about a couple of snagging issues we had identified and 1 of them was an awning screw had come out during our travels. The were very punctual, extremely professional and took pride in being very helpful. They asked questions about the van and were happy to look and help at any other little snagging issues we had. They are a credit to Swift and I think it's a great customer focused idea of having engineers mobile to help!! Fingers crossed we have no further snagging issues.

If Swift could get their quality right first time at the factory & prevent preventable mainly minor issues reaching the customer this would be a five star review of what is an innovative & great product ( Swift Trekker )

That said their customer service in my experience has been first class with a real desire to address & rectify concerns. This has been tipified by a recent home visit by two of their ‘roaming technicians’ Tony & Paul who, as others have said went above and beyond to address what concerns they could, both very professional & pleasant chaps

So, come on Swift address your quality control issues in house as I believe you have 5 star ++ potential

The heated towel rail radiator in our static's bathroom had gone rusty after only 20 months. Swift sent Dave to change it which only took him about 30 minutes. Dave was friendly, professional and did the job with no problems, making sure that all was as it should be before he left. Great service from Swift and from Dave.

Just had a prearranged visit from Tony & Paul to check the awning on our Trekker; as some had been fitted incorrectly at the factory. We had previously had our awning changed by the dealership, as it was damaged, and had fitted a rubber gutter strip to seal the gap between van and awning ourselves. They arrived slightly early and had the courtesy to not start work until 8, so as to not disturb the neighbours. They went through the procedure to fit the awning and then realised that, as the current awning had already been fitted twice and had 2 sets of holes drilled, it was unfair to fit it a 3rd time. So we got a brand new awning fitted, and they also refitted and sealed the rubber awning strip from the original awning. Fantastic service again from Swift, from 2 canny, punctual and competent engineers. What’s not to like? Many thanks

Thanks Tony & Paul for checking my Thule awning on my Trekker X today 6th May 2025, they were extremely polite and respectful of my van whilst working on it and I am delighted with the work carried out. Thanks also for carrying out the couple of snagging jobs I requested they look at.

Pete and Paul visited us on the 28/4/25 to complete a check of our awning as Swift had had some issues with some. We did have a problem with ours which they rectified and made good. They also happily sorted out one or two other things that we had issues with.
We were very impressed with them both. They were professional in the standard of their workmanship, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
A credit to the company they work for.

Pete & Paul checked our awning and sorted, no fuss arrived spot on time , could not have been more efficient. Swift fitted this required check within 3 hours as we were about to go on a European trip.
