Phil G and Dave visited today to sort some snags on new lodge. Clearly an experienced team who cared to make sure job was done right, completed in a professional manner and left clean and tidy.

Needed a wall board replacing due to a stain. Andy W came to fix it for us. He did a great job, was super helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Stuart was efficient and personable, he completed the jobs that needed to be done very well. The only negative is that the company couldn't specify a time for the visit.

Swift engineer Stuart came this morning to fixed a problem with my bedside lamp, very friendly, professional nothing to much trouble left the bedroom very clean

I had an issue with our new caravan and despite going to the dealer I was being told it could take weeks. We had only bought it 7 days prior so we couldn’t understand why a simple job (We needed a strip on the roof) had turned into such a big job.

However, Swift stepped up and sent an engineer to my house to fix it on my driveway. No waiting or having to transport it to the dealer and leave it for days. Swift came and fixed the issue no problem.

The engineer (Wayne) who arrived, gave us fantastic customer service from the moment I spoke to him to the moment he arrived at my front door and was very friendly. It really was service with a smile.

So, Would I recommend Swift? 1000%. I am very happy.

we own 2019 swift eccles 580 anniversary edition (a replacement for the i rolled) lovely designed caravan with an end bathroom very well built and airy plenty of space for all your gear better shower cubicle than our last one even though it was a sterling jewel, we had a problem with the hidden sentry unit so i rang swift who put me in touch with sentry in woodmansy i went and collected the item and it was an easy fit plug and play after i found its secret location i couldn't fault swifts help in the matter we would highly recomend them

The 5+ review is for the excellent service given by the service engineer who did a great job on our caravan. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly person and completed the job in a very timely manner. He also put himself out to fit in the repair the following day due to us not being able to facilitate the original booking date due to my wife suddenly taken ill. Well done Wayne your a star, Unfortunately the time taken for Swift to facilitate the repair took almost 5 1/2 months not the engineers fault I may add. All I can say on that is to get your act together Swift!

Purchased a brand new Swift Voyager Motorhome April 2025, it's been ok just a lot of small niggles on build quality, then off on our travels, got to the motorhome site, switched the water pump on and water started coming from under the island bed, turns out it's a very common fault, there's a white plastic filter that cracks and sprays out water "very fast". The websites that sell these Genuine filters say they sell over 100 a month. Anyway it also took out the shower tap, been waiting over a 5 weeks for swift to send one to the dealership to fix, been told today they have none in stock till wait for it....24th of April, yet you can buy the Genuine tap online from 20+ sites and get it the next day, what a joke, do not buy Swift, l wish l had researched the build quality and problems other buyers have had with Swift Motorhomes

Couple of minor problems due to site settlement on our new Burgandy Swift static van, engineer Andy W came two days after we purchased the van fixed all the problems (re aligned internal doors and changed three hinges) very pleased, Andy was very polite and knowlagable and exteremely quick.

Wayne attended our home address to carry out several different items of remedial work on our caravan. His quality of work is fantastic and he is extremely efficient and friendly.

I have just bought a conqueror 560L Grande and was shocked at the production operator errors and poor quality control of these errors. These are not design faults.
Unable to fully open the cupboards doors between the side wardrobes in the bedroom misaligned of wardrobes side panels.
Many screws missing from furniture panel tie down points throughout the caravan, even though there were the plastic round cosmetic caps in place over them. This is the one was deliberate by the operatives.

Kitchen sink pipework had dislodged a cupboard side panel.
LED lights partly working
Screw holding cupboard door had been over tightened in manufacturing and had
to pack it out. Had to realign all cupboard doors.
Vinyl flooring detached from the floor in the bedroom area.
Gas locker bracket ripped off, after only opening the door twice, although this bracket is secured with eleven screws.
Underbody screw partly screwed in.
Electric cable in the cupboard above exstrator fan loose not connected to anything.
If the furniture does not have all its screws in all of furniture tie down points as designed, then in time it will fail.
UK roads are not all in a good condition and could well contribute to faults if this product is not manufactured to its full potential. This is disgusting I paid nearly £40000 for something that has poor quality control defects as a result of operator errors. This needs to be highlighted to the public.

We purchased a new Swift Morlaix static caravan a few months ago and, as is to be expected while it settled, a small number of snags required attention.

Andy W attended today to address these issues and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout his visit. He was friendly, efficient, and resolved all issues that could be completed on the day. He also arranged for a replacement shower door promptly while on site.

I am very impressed with the standard of aftersales service provided by Swift Group, and in particular with the excellent service delivered by Andy. This has been a very positive experience.

The 2 engineers Dave & Stuart went above and beyond to make this job go as smoothly and cleanly as possible.
They also fixed a couple of broken door catches whilst here which was very much appreciated.

Absolutely outstanding service and workmanship. Phill R and Mike B turned up exactly when they said they would and replaced the entire body shell of my Bordeaux due to a problem with the paintwork.
It now looks like I've got a brand new caravan. I was only sorry I couldn't give them a decent tip as I wasn't carrying cash. Two outstanding engineers. Thank you

Owned a just over 2 year year old swift challenger 580 . Owned from new. Its developed a serious manufacturer fault, cupboards all on the kitchen side are coming away from the wall. Get your fingers round the back. Told the whole lots has to be removed plus side of caravan as its pushing the side wall out.

Took over 3 months with lowdoms Leisureworld to get and email again to confirm back to factory repair by swift.

WHEN ? Been waiting 3 months cant used the van. Going to be over 4-5 months now unused. Paying to hire caravans now ! No offer of compensation or uses of another van.

Terrible service from 2 really big well established companies.
