Today after nine month reporting the issues the Andy the Swift engineer attended the caravan at Haven. He did a great job to clear my outstanding issues in a very professional manner and showed my how these normally come about, this rating is for Andy W who did a great job.

Very happy with the excellent support provided by the Aftersales Team at Swift Holiday Homes - professional and efficient in responding to customers' claims and organising engineer visits to resolve customer issues. Always helpful and supportive with any queries and concerns and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.

The Aftersales team are very helpful and prompt in their responses. We are very happy with the service provided with our static holiday home. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly knowledgeable operative who fixed problem and is arranging for other work to be done. Also Very quick from reporting problem to fix.

Swift identified that the overhead lockers needed checking as part of a wider safety campaign. The engineers, Steve and Dave, came to my home and spent 3-4 hours ensuring everything was safe and secure. They were very polite and professional and after completing you’d never have known they were there. They did a fantastic job in awful weather. Well done Swift - a great example of good service. Thanks also to Steve and Dave for your professionalism and help

Stuart came and ironed out our snag list after us taking possession of our new caravan, he was very friendly and professional and stayed until we were happy that everything had been completed our satisfaction, would highly recommend

Both were very polite and explained the work they were going to carry out. The whole experience was excellent.

Some remedial work needed doing on my overhead lockers on my swift carrera 122. These two chaps were not just workers they were ambassadors for swift.Steve and Dave.My van was prepped for winter and they did the job and coped admirably.They even gave me advice about a switch that did nothing. Nothing was too much trouble 12 out of 10 thank you

We were staying at a site in Yorkshire when we encountered an electricity failure with our Swift Challenger 650 (2025).
Probably caused by a surge on the site, the charger was damaged and stopped working. This lead to total failure of almost everything electric on the caravan.
This happened at around 7.00pm on 8th Jan 2026 and that night the temp went down to around -5C! No electric, no heating!
We spent the night fully clothed under two quilts huddled together with our two small dogs, Freddy and Jacko.
9.00am called Swift and by 1.00pm the engineer arrived and fitted a new charger and all was good again. Martin, the engineer was excellent and incredibly helpful and efficient. Really great emergency service and we were very greatful for this.
Also a mention for our 2025 Swift challenger 650. We have used it extensively in Europe and UK throughout 2025 and are exceptionally happy with it.
Great van and great service… thank you Swift Caravans.

Steve & Dave arrived at the agreed time explained what they were going to do and quickly got on with doing the recall work to our Carrera 194.
Very polite and all left clean and tidy.

Steve and Dave were booked in to do recall work on the rear cabinets in our Swift Carrera 194. They arrived as booked and explained what was involved. They were extremely thorough, adding additional insulation before refitting the cabinets and tending to a loose blind fitting over the front panoramic window. Extremely tidy work. Thank you for a great job.

Two engineers Dave & Steve came as arranged, explained what they were going to do (Upper rear cupboards recall) timely, clean & professional… A great to you Swift!

Well..what excellent service by Steve and Dave. Sorted the issue of the upper lockers on our Swift Carrerra 132 as well as a fix on a small panel near front sunroof.Everything was replaced in perfect condition. Safe journey home from Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

I have recently purchased a Swift Toronto Lodge and was visited today by Stuart a Swift engineer who came out to fix any snags that were found after moving in. I have been very impressed with the standard of the lodge and by the company’s follow up service by Stuart today.

Thank you Steve and Dave for fixing the lockers in our Carrera 132. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the job the same day. Also many thanks for fixing the blind on the side window. Great job.

Steve and Dave visited us as arranged and carried out work on our carrera 144 in an efficient and professional manner. They were friendly polite and happy to explain the rationale for the Swift recall safety issues on the vans overhead lockers. They not only left our van tidier than they found it but also found the hot water bottle my wife had been hunting for! The Glasgow weather, storm Bram, gales and horizontal rain didnt seem to upset them though I suspect they will be looking forward to getting back to their homes and perhaps more temparate weather down south!

In July, I raised an issue with my Swift Monza regarding rusted pop top struts with transfer of the rust to the pop top material. My dealer raised a warranty claim. Swift have refused to replace the material despite the van being only a year old and rust around the seal with the roof. They blame the roof manufacturer for it and say 'they' won't agree to its replacement. It's now December and I am still waiting for the replacement struts. Apparently the delay is because 'they are coming from Europe'. I pointed out i can order almost anything from across the world and receive it in 73 hours, but Struts seem to take 3 months! Very poor customer service and im regretting buying the Monza. For the same money I could have bought a great VW camper. By all means buy a Monza, but just pray you don't have any issues with it.
