really really good customer service! I emailed someone named Simon who was a real person and very efficient and friendly when helping me port over a number from another service - the whole experience was much better than any other phone provider I've ever interacted with

How refreshing to find a provider that was able to solve my problem without fuss and without needing my grandmother's inside leg measurements to set up an account! My UK mobile number was no longer working abroad and I was told I would have to return to the UK to get it fixed - a bit extreme! I did some research for an E-Sim solution and after failing to get support from the likes of EE and Vodafone, I came across recommendations for Swytch and I'm so glad I did. Simon was so helpful - the whole process was easy, efficient and now costs me half what I was paying with my previous provider. Make the switch to Swytch - you won't regret it!

I have written a review about this company before. Do not trust it, and the reviews are not real or genuine. You cannot talk to a real person, it takes over 2 weeks for them to reply back. I ordered a conversion kit last August and I'm still waiting. It's now May that they are saying my order will be ready. I can buy a brand new house in less time. I've been offered £30 refund. It is really quite disgraceful. So DO NOT Buy anything from this company.

The Swytch mobile service is a very efficient service and extremely cheap. It has helped us massively in our business. We used both the mobile number and the static number. Both work every time. The support is very quick too.

There appear to be 2 Trust Pilot review sites. One of them With very good reviews and the other with poorer ones. I wrote a dissatisfied review as it appeared my battery was not charging. However the swytch team did respond and eventually I found the right place to insert the charger. This was not obvious and it would be helpful, when the company sends out the new style battery and charger, to send these instructions with them. But im delighted my Swytch will be working again now that this has been sorted!

Extremely response customer service! I ported my UK number to this service with the PAC code and it was a very easy process.

This was perfect while I was living abroad — I could keep my UK phone number and receive 2FA messages. I never used it to make phone calls, but the messaging service worked very well.

Super slick process from the start.
After setting up a new account online which took just a few minutes, downloaded the app from the playstore and made a test call. All was working immediately 👍
Obtained a PAC code from my provider and fired an email to Swytch support with the details. In a little over 24 hours I was receiving calls on my existing number.

I needed to keep my English number after moving to Spain, and it seemed impossible without getting charges of unfair usage from English operators. This has been a great find, and Simon was super attentive throughout the whole process.
