Bought my car from Sytner Worcester two years ago before moving locally. I received excellent service at the time and again on 14th August when I booked in for this year’s inspection/MOT. Everything was as I expect. From the moment I was greeted by the lady at reception to the moment I drove away in a car now hand-washed and waxed, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My Service agent Ash went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and Richard in Sales updated me on the current appraisal on my car. Well done Sytner Worcester.

Our sales person was excellent a real customer focused problem solving sort of person This would have been a 5 star review except for your finance person who demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and made us feel like we were the supplier and he was the customer we decided to walk out as the proposals were totally unacceptable. Fortunately the salesperson was able to come back with in 24 hours with a much more sensible proposition, which enabled the sale to proceed.

Virtually impossible to get anyone on…
Virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone if i needed to call back to get a status update on my car service.
I am / was also in the market for a new vehicle as my car that was in for service is due to be returned next month. On two separate visits to the show room looking at both cars inside and out we didn't have a single salesperson or anyone for that matter ask if we needed help with an enquiry to look at a vehicle. I have happily taken ourselves elsewhere and have purchased a new vehicle today.

Abby at Worcester mini was super helpful and couldn't do enough, as well as the service department who got my tyre changed ahead of schedule.
the only issue is you can't speak to anyone when you call- you have to leave your number. this is not great and is frustrating when you are in need to speaking to someone urgently. shame as the rest was spot on.
