I recently ordered an outdoor table and couldn’t be happier with the service. After choosing my model I sent an email to enquire about delivery - I was told (and I got a phone call as opposed to just a mail) I could have it the next day if ordered in the next hour. Great service. Delivery was faultless and they put the box in the garden for us and even advised us how to cut the box open to ensure we didn’t damage anything when opening it. After I assembled the table I had a minor query and within 30mins Russell gave me a call to tell me how to rectify it. Everyone I dealt with at TTT.co.uk seem genuinely interested in the products they are supplying…really refreshing. I would happily recommend and buy from this company again.

Amazing service. I was let down just before Christmas by another supplier, which could have been a disaster. But Table Tennis Tables came to the rescue and delivered within 3 days. They even phoned me to talk through the order to make sure I got exactly the table that was right for me. Superb service.

I purchased a Cornilleau 600X from Table-Tennis-Tables.co.uk in September after a couple of emails and a phone call to them asking for advice. I made it clear that I planned to use this in a garage and with a robot for practice.

I made my decision to purchase this table solely based on the write-up on their website however once I had received the table I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the bounce provided by the table top (7mm melamine). The website states it is a 4.5 out of 5 stars for bounce, however, in reality I would be hard pushed to give it 3 out of 5.

The TTT.co.uk website gives numerous 22mm indoor tables a bounce rating of 4 out of 5 stars and having played on one of these at my local club I can say the bounce is much better on a 22mm indoor than the Cornilleau 600X.

When I spoke to the company regarding they were very dismissive of the problem and kept repeating the fact that indoor and outdoor tables are different and give a different bounce - well why use the same scale and star ratings for both indoor and outdoor tables?
There needs to be a clear statement on their website that the indoor and outdoor tables are not comparable when it comes to bounce!

To me, the table I bought was falsely advertised by this company and I am very disappointed by the whole experience.

The Cornilleau table came flat-packed so as soon as it was made up, TTT.co.uk class it as used. I was unable to return it to them despite quoting the distance selling regulations.

I was left with a £700 table in the garage that is designed for people that do not play competitively.

I will never use this company again and I just hope this review may persuade other keen table tennis players to use their local suppliers - at least if something goes wrong you stand a better chance of a return.

**Edit** I see that TTT.co.uk have now added a statement to the bounce ratings - pity it took me to make such a costly mistake before they thought that would be useful information to know.

Fabulous service, gave me loads of useful information on the phone, great with delivery requirements and the table is excellent. Felt like I was buying from a real place too not a faceless corporation.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. I wasn't sure on the difference between two tables, I emailed for advice and they replied quickly with great info. The office provided a great service from when I ordered, I was told the day that it would be delivered. Delivery men were excellent, very polite and helpful. The video of how to assemble the table was super useful and made the whole experience much quicker. I had a follow up question on how to clean the table and they again came back quickly with helpful info. Can't recommend this company enough.

Communication by phone was excellent and the table was delivered to our front door. Fantastic table!

If I had to give one point to improve my experience it would have been an instructional video to build the actual table I bought (Cornilleau 250 indoor), as some parts were different than the table they had a video for)

This company knows how to do customer service! Great advice on calling, great follow up on ordering. Prompt helpful delivery...and when I was missing a small part (which I may have lost in putting it together but cannot be sure) they sent a replacement out next day, free of charge with some chocolates! Simply brilliant people! I would now not go anywhere else and nor should you if you are reading this...

Finally got round to fixing my table and on searching out parts was so pleased to find these guys. If only I’d known I could get a replacement net (and some other parts) so quickly and at a reasonable price ! All those arguments as the ping ping hit the floppy / half broken net wouldn’t have mattered. Speed of ordering immense as well. Ordered at 3 pm. Arrived next day. Superb !
