Unable to supply a bladder spare part for a awning that is only 5 years.

Good advice prior to purchase from helpful member of staff (over the phone). Item arrived quickly and fit for purpose.

Fast delivery
Easy to order from the website due to the great information provided

Replacement sleeve for our air awning. Delivery was quick and the part was exactly as described.

Order arrived promptly at competitive prices

My order was correct and arrived on time.

Excellent service, great price and speedy delivery

First time dealing with this company I was very impressed with how quickly my order was delivered, many thanks

Poor communications, poor service, wont use again.

Fast dispatch after purchase. Unfortunately the courier . Is only delivering my parcel later today a full 2 weeks after dispatch . I know the poles will be of good quality , as I already have a Westfield wind breaker . Otherwise a perfect experience .

I bought an item from Tamworth camping on e bay, however, unfortunately the packaging split open and one part did not arrive. I contacted the company and their customer service was exemplary. A replacement part arrived 2 days later. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing is too much trouble and the products are of excellent quality. I will definately be using them again.

Company answered my questions promptly and professionally. Gave me the solution, help me purchase the item and despatched it straight away and it arrived next day. Great service, will use again.

Attractive, well made. Guests didn’t know they were melamine until they picked up a plate.
Not bendy with the weight of a roast dinner and big enough for adult meals. You can hold a full plate one handed safely.
Went through top shelf dishwasher fine.
Would buy more and recommend to others.

Purchased a great awning for our motorhome from this company when they were at the NEC. Happy with the price and item was delivered earlier than expected. Did have some questions post purchase and received excellent customer service.

Slight delay in order being processed. But items are of excellent quality, and after sales customer service was outstanding 👏

Great support when trying to understand exact part required.

Helpful staff. Not always easy to reach by phone
