Taps Empire Reviews

Everything about choice, ordering, communication about delivery and delivery of items was fantastic. Will definitely use Taps Empire again for bathroom furniture!!

Good quality product and delivered very fast. Thank you

Delivered the next day and plumber had no problems installing the tap.

Good easy buying experience, good price for taps as compared to other sites, was worried as could not find if they were in stock on the website but was really pleased when they were delivered in perfect condition first thing (8:00 AM) the very next morning. Cannot really fault the service I received.

Delivered shower tray within 24 hours of being ordered. Cannot fault the service.

Order received promptly and communication from seller was all positive. I called beforehand to check item was in stock before ordering and call was dealt with efficiently allowing me to place the order. Would

Apart from the fact you were the best company for value your delivery service was great too👍

Excellent company to deal with. Great value and great customer service. Had delivery problems with DPD delivering to wrong household. This was chased up and immediately sorted.
Would highly recommend this company

Great prices and next day delivery, couldnt ask for more really!

Excellent price and almost instant delivery

Excellent service. I ordered a wash basin on Monday morning before I went to work. It was delivered on Tuesday morning. Added bonus was free delivery and best price for the item I wanted.
I will definitely be using this site again.

We received a damaged £95 Burlington toilet seat and because we were on holiday when it was delivered and couldn’t check it within their timeframe they refused to exchange it. The integrity of the toilet seat is compromised so we are literally flushing £95 down the toilet because it cannot be used. Our entire order value was £400+ but there was no goodwill whatsoever. Go to a reputable dealer and do no use this company would be my advice.

Shower. Tempest grohe concealed shower. Arrived on time. Good quality and price. No problems. Never had any problems with taps empire on price and delivery

Easy to use online ordering.Shower system was a good price and would use Taps Empire again when needed.

Three sided shower enclosure ordered, one door delivered 6th April, the remaining panels on 1st June! Missed installation date from contractor and now will not except back as 20 days have passed from "completion of your order".... what about the 57 days I had to wait. I only wanted to exchange for the same item but slightly smaller and offered to cover the delivery costs. Will go elsewhere for the replacement and future projects.
