The drivers were on time, good instructions as to were they were, cars lovely.

Our driver was on time, he called me and gave information of his location and his car. He was polite, friendly and helpful. We experienced lots of traffic and had a train to catch so he kept us informed about the traffic and took shortcuts to get us to the station on time.

Our flight arrived earlier than expected and the taxi company was very accommodating and picked us up earlier, which was great as we had just had a 14 hour flight.

I was apprehensive having never used the website before, however it all went smoothly. The driver that we had was friendly, chatty, and made me feel really at ease. Would use again if in an area where I didn’t know the local taxi companies.

Booked a 33 seater coach for my daughter’s 21st birthday party 1 month in advance of the event. Taxipricecompare took a £92 deposit, they then took £369.50 a week before the event. We spoke to a representative to ensure the booking was confirmed and they stated it was and we would receive the name of the driver 24 hours before the event. However 48 hours before the event they cancelled our booking.
It’s now 7 days later and they still have all my money!

Doing the west highland way , needed a taxi on Sunday from a remote location. I got great service , prompt and nothing was too much trouble.

It is a very sad world when you cancel a service with 4 days notice as you have been advised your father in law will die within 48 hours that a company will punish you by charging 90% fee. Immoral and cruel. Our world falls apart but as long as their pockets are lined. Wouldn't cost them with so much notice.

On time, car was clean and well kept, and our driver was pleasant and helpful, would use again.
