DO NOT go with Taxlogik for your claim. I started my claim over a year ago to which they said I would be getting over £1700 back. It is now over a year later and I have not received a penny. Only headaches, it’s impossible to get in touch with someone. I constantly got ignored via email/phonecall/WhatsApp. I kept getting told someone named ‘Micheal’ would be contacting me. Micheal never contacted me.
I then got told they had made an appeal to HMRC. Then after I had to chase with them AGAIN they hadn’t even sent an appeal. I am STILL waiting on any information or update from them selves. An absolute waste of your time do not bother. If I could report to the police for taking the piss. I would.

Just read through the reviews of taxlogik on trustpilot. At least 2 positive reviews (Maybe more) have been written by Taxlogik employees. I only gave 1 star as there wasn't an option for none.

Bogus
Was all going well until I got put on emergency tax code as my claim was refused by HMRC. No communication at all after I sent emails and tried to call them many times but no answer. How is it my colleagues get the tax refund but not me when we do the same job. Your staff have obviously messed up big time sending wrong information to HMRC.

They lie and string you along and ignore you! When they do eventually receive your rebate from HMRC nearly a year after they said they would have it they again, ignore emails and whatsapps and take days to send your money!

Don't delay claim today
The process was easy and the team are on board to deal with any issues or confusion. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable all throughout the claim and are respondent to queries regarding the claim and how it works. It’s a great opportunity to get back some extra cash, will definitely be reapplying in the next tax year.
