Had a visit today to do a winter health check on my radiators in my apartment.. Both engineers acted with courtesy and professionalism. I can totally recommend T Brown Group to everyone..

Absolutely liars appointment to fix heating last Friday, didn't turn up, I rung them again on Monday, they said will fix on Tuesday, again didn't turn up, punch of horrible company, disgrace

If I could give the 0 Stars I would! I have had no hot water or heating as my boiler is screaming at me! I have spent the last four hours trying to get through to ANYBODY! You are put in a queue and after 7 mins the phone just goes silent! 👀 This is a disgusting way to run a company! I’ve even emailed to no avail! I have disabled children who are hysterical at the noise as the boiler is in their room! God knows why Councils accept this companies bids for service as their service is disgusting! Why have a phone system, if you can’t get through to report repairs!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Engineer’s are polite, efficient and tidy up when job is completed.
When you ring the call centre, you are not on hold for long. The wonderful people who answer the phone are so helpful and kind. They really listen to you and your needs and are willing to go that extra mile for you. They are always well informed and extremely polite. I would highly recommend using this company. They get 5 stars from me!
Lied and negligent
I would give half star if possible, I reported issue with hot water and the guy came around between 5-6pmish, turned my boiler thermostat to the highest and took pictures. Told me he report it as it need investigation and the team will get back to me to arrange for a workman to investigation and repair. But in actual fact, he closed the report as repair finished 🙄... scrupulous and unprofessional
Top Quality Yet Again
I had a gas cooker fitted a couple of days ago (regrettably not by T Brown) and the engineer pointed out a couple of problems which he described as putting my boiler set up "at risk." At his suggestion, yesterday I forwarded his official report to T.Brown and they sent an engineer within 24 hours to check. Not only was I reassured that everything is fine but was given a full and thorough explanation of why this is so and the other firm's engineer was incorrect. Today's engineer, Michael, had visited me before some time ago and not only remembered our conversation about my name but those around other topics raised during his previous visit. It was a pleasure to see him again and his calm, expert explanation of why my boiler set up is perfectly fine left me completely reassured. Thank you Michael and your colleagues who arranged your inspection to happen so quickly.

Worst housing repairs company.
If you’re unfortunate enough to have this company as your housing repair sun contractor you will already know nothing will be done re your problem, you will be fobbed off mutiple times by contractors and surveyors and you won’t have your issues resolved. Lucky enough for t brown they will continue to keep these contracts as social housing has a woeful lack of company’s willing to take on jobs and contracts like these. Be very wary if you do encounter this company and even think of taking them on you will regret it.

DO NOT USE!
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My vulnerable father has been left without heating for over a month. The engineers do not turn up and the customer service team are not very helpful. DO NOT USE!

The service is disgusting, leaving vulnerable people without heating and hot water for days a due to negligence of staff and lazy workers that come to the property.
They treat residents like animals and not human beings. It the coldest part of the year and we cannot wash for days and only have a fan heater.
Disgraceful.

I would avoid this company!
I had an appointment for a annual check on my hiu system , I took the day off work and stayed in all day , around 5pm I called customer service to say no one had come yet , the lady said they can come up to 8pm and that someone was definitely coming. But no one came . I think this company do not care about their customers, a courtesy call to say no one was coming from their engineer would have been nice .
I did email Tbrown complaints and all I got was sorry and can we book another appointment!!

Downhill Customer Service
I really wanted to give them two and a half stars. They have provided decent service in the past, on some occasions. However, dealing with T Brown the past couple of weeks has not been the best-- misinformation, difficulty reaching them, and tonight, dealing with a rude and impatient technician. T Brown technicians need to realize that when they are explaining to someone over the phone how to do a repair, instead of them doing it, the person probably does not have the same knowledge and experience a technician would. I certainly did not appreciate some man calling me with a snappy impatient attitude. T Brown's customer service has gone downhill.

3 days now trying to call this company…
3 days now trying to call this company as my heating isnt working i pay extra for the service in my rent! 2 asthmatics in the house rooms aee damp and freezing cold going to email the head of hounslow council utterly disgusting big complaint coming your way! This joke of a company gave me a a time slot between 1-8pm for an annual gas safety check.
I waiting in twice and I am now waiting for an 3rd time. I waiting in all day both days twice. I called up and they said the engineer attended but didn’t receive a response. They lied. They never bothered to show up. The lie went even further saying they posted a note through my door.
You cannot treat people this way. Sort it out

No heating and hot water. In a phone call yesterday from t brown they said an engineer would be with me between 10 and 2 pm.
No one showed up.
Yet when I called Enfield council they had been told by t brown that the job was completed! Lies and terrible customer service.

No heating / hot water for 3 weeks
Have been with no heating/hot water for the last 3 weeks and constantly being told different excuses. They have said an engineer came and no one was home which is incorrect as I have even had to miss medical appointments to be at home. This has become a total joke now especially given the colder weather and also having asthma (to which is known to the company). I am terribly disappointed with the way this is being dealt with and I am in the process of taking action.
