Good deal on new Puma and part exchange of my vehicle. Car available to be seen at showroom. Large boot. Free charger, Helpful & friendly sales representative & team. Test drive was very useful for my wife.

Bought a used car off tony. Top bloke, didnt bother us at all left us to look around it at our own pace. Fantastic communication from him and tch as a whole. Collected the car with a slight scratch on the side but booked in for a polish saturday it wasn't a bother at all. Car was like new from when it first went in. No expense spared, by far the easiest car ive ever bought. Customer service is key there.

Sales person was very helpful. We went with some information for cars at TC Harrison Derby, Tony showed us the cars. When we decided that the would like something different he went out of his way to try to find us something suitable. Great customer service

All started good, seemed professional
Did a lot of research into particular car and due to mileage & age I thought I’d found the best deal.
Paid my deposit arranged to view/potentially buy (100 miles from my home)
1st hurdle - cherished number plate not sorted so had to wait for previous owner (who had traded this car in) to notify DVLA
2nd hurdle- got to garage went through everything viewed car, and then started to notice, a) marks like tar on paintwork, luckily these were wiped off by salesperson
Drivers seat disgusting full of stains
Carpets filthy, windows smeared, turns out no inside valet done.
Assistant manager offered to pay if I sorted my own valet
The full point check they say they do,,,,, part of it is that the tech side on screens is up to date,,,, nope, not done and out of date by 20 months
New tyre had been fitted but on screen the pressure of both front tyres was vastly different to recommended pressure.
Had an issue with what I originally thought was just squeaky breaks with being stood a week or so, it is now booked in with local Ford dealer to investigate
On Motoway car was pulling or vearing off track, this was due to tyre pressure which I later found out.
Reported all these issues via email and asked for phone call, assistant manager seemed flippant and not at all concerned he had let me drive away with unsafe tyre pressures, even heard him laugh before he hung up the phone!!!
Up to press no refund for my valet, and can’t believe garages charge £20 for 1/4 tank of fuel, £20,,, would you not just put fuel in as a gesture of thanks for spending thousands?
I personally wouldn’t give my business to this dealership in the future

When we went into the showroom to enquire about purchasing a car the sales assistant was very helpful and informative
without pushing for a sale.
When we ordered the new car it was delivered on time .

Every-time i go into TC Harrison Burton on trent with the sales team I'm treated with respect Andy Wilson has been thorough and always takes time to go through everything nothing is to much trouble even when i drive away he always reassures me and says always here if you need anything all the staff are also good but Andy stands out .There is one of the team on the front desk when you walk into the show room was very abrupt and rude and always is but unsure of his name but as the first person you see when you walk in is a bit off putting (he is an older one dark hair and tall always sits on the first chair near the door as you walk in) ive had a few times when he answers me his customer care isnt good at all
Other than that as i say Andy Wilson is so polite and a true gentleman Stefan also treats you with respect and also the gentleman that does the signing of the paperwork

After being pleased to be told that the battery had been charged, I took it back because the start/stop wasn't working, and I am disappointed to find out that it needs a new battery.
The air conditioning is also not working.
These are features that dealers should make sure to fix before advertising.
