Outstanding customer service from Maria.
Maria was informative about the vehicle, but more than that, she was enthused to have us as customers and nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond.

David Groves TCH sales rep really did an excellent job of arranging test drive and explaining the Puma Gen E to me and also the added benefits ie Free Home Charger and 10000 miles free charge through Octopus Energy. Also the Govnt Grant. All this makes it a great time to buy Electric Puma and I was most impressed with how good it was to drive

Some confusion over contract delay in vehicle exchange hence paid instalment on new car and on old one I appreciate that a refund will follow but it leaves me £600 down in my account.

Brilliant service by the sales assistant, Fatima Begum. Really knew her stuff about the car I liked. Helped me with all the information I needed to buy the car. Just made it so easy. Did have to bring the car back for a battery fault. But that was also very easy to do.

As previously your salesman Ben was really helpful and supportive when purchasing our second car from yourselves, however the only down side was the fact that although we were informed that the Ford Puma was the same width as our previous car a Ford Fiesta this was not the case and as a result we were unable to garage the Puma which we had done previously with the Fiesta

I spoke to Steve(Sales) and organised for my wife to view a car at TC Harrison(Spalding) this was all handled with ease. He was pleasant and answered all questions I could throw at him. I paid a deposit to hold the car until my wife could get there in a few days time to test drive the car. We went ahead and purchased the car, again, this was all very simple, with help from Tom(Finance).
The car was delivered a week later to home after they had valeted and treated the interior with Diamond Brite products. The rest of the product kit was in the back of the car in a material zip bag. In the next couple of hours one of the upholstery cans exploded and caused damage to the roof lining and steering wheel. I sent photos to Steve and explained what had happened. Steve and his manager, Shaun, called me to talk it through. They or I had never experienced something like this. They arranged to collect the car, repair the damage and replace the diamond brite product kit. Excellent service!! Thanks to the team for a great experience with the purchase and for resolving an issue which could have taken the shine off buying a new car.
I’d definitely purchase another car with them in the future.

My new Mustang is my baby and my experience couldn’t have been better with Maria. She is fantastic and made the whole ordeal feel easy. 10/10 5 stars for Maria

Originally we were not thinking about leasing another car, we just wanted to see what our options were as our current car was in negative equity. An electric car was not even on my mind as a next purchase, but our salesman Adrian Jones crunched all the numbers and an electric car was far the better option. After an initial test drive we put a deposit down and throughout the process of ordering to receiving our new car, Adrian kept us informed 100% of the way. He even organised the electric car charger for us as well. As a new automatic driver I was able to go back as many times as I wanted to test drive an automatic electric Puma Gen-E to get used to it before mine arrived. Nothing was a problem or burden to Adrian, and when I had questions to ask he was always a phone call or email away. I would definitely purchase again from Adrian as he made the process of buying a new car from him great and effortless. No hard salesman talk, just simple and easy to understand. 10/10
