SCAM !!!!! Total Scam DO NOT BUY Never got my package and they lied and gave false postage tracker

I initially ordered 2 bags and they were delivered quickly. However, one of the bags did not look anything like the photo. I sent it back, wearing the cost of postage - despite their returns guarantee on their website. There was no communication and I had to email them monthly to chase down a tracking number for the replacement bag I had chosen after 7 months!!! At this stage I requested a refund - which was not provided. One day a delivery showed up and it was a completely different brand to the bag I ordered. Again, I was told to send it back, wearing the cost of postage. At this stage, I'll have paid more in postage than what I spent on the bag! Terrible service!!!!

So after over 2 months my bag finally showed up. The quality wasn't all that great, stitching coming apart in areas, and the lettering just looks so wrong. But the worst part is its the wrong colour. Not even going to bother with returning it, as it took so long to get here in the first place, and I wouldn't trust the replacement would be any better any way. Their communication was great though, so that was a positive. But overall I wouldn't use this site again. Just not worth it when there are so many other options available who get it right.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! I paid for a pair of runners that were ordered 2 months ago! After corresponding back and forth with numerous emails they send me a tracking number that is still pending! They will do that just to shut you up! They are stealing from people and looks like previous reviews they are still getting away with it! I have reported them to my bank so I can receive a refund as this lies under the Goods and service Act that they have breached!! Absolutely thieves stealing from people that have gone through enough in this world over the last couple of years 😡

I paid for a bag, 6 weeks later i received a tracking number that was never scanned and its now nearly been 4 months and NOTHING!! I have had emails from them saying they'll check on my order when i complain but there is never an update. Saw someone else is having their bank dispute the transaction. I will do the same. I bought a Coach leather bag on line from them. I spent $120
After paying I got confirmation and receipt from this company but no tracking number. I sent them a few emails and ask for tracking number but I didn’t hear anything from them at all!! Non of my emails got replied. The waiting time to receive the item supposed to be 8-20 days but after one month and not getting answers for any of my emails I decided to contact my bank and ask them to dispute that transaction. My bank going to investigate it and let me know the results. It’s too much headache and I’m so upset with this company (Technapology) and don’t trust them at all….. do not buy anything from them. 😣

After reading the reviews I wasnt really sure of anything so I decided to test with the cheapest bag and see what happens.
It really took 5 weeks to arrive and the worst thing it really wasnt the quality i was expecting. This bad fake odour was fumming from the bag so bad that you cant wear it. Luckily i didnt spend hundreds of dollars and just under 100.
Do not get pinned from this store people. The order comes direct from china once you place the order so no stock is here.

So happy my 2 bags arrived today! From other reviews wasn't sure if it would ever arrive. Delivery was longer than expected but just happy they arrived!

I ordered the Gucci belt. Although it did take just over 4 weeks to arrive the communication the whole time via email was amazing and they assured me it would arrive.
I got a tracking number and it didn’t seem to update but Today I arrived home it was there waiting for me.
I’m so happy with my purchase! The quality is amazing! And I loved the extra gift wrapping and bag they send with it,
Be patient with them and your order will arrive,
I’ll definitely be going back to order again.

I believe they have been lots of trouble with the old website as they try to cheat people. Should we report them to fair trading? These people are really hopeless.

I ordered over a month ago and tried to email the company multiple times with no response. Have yet to receive my order! Very upsetting. Now when I search their home page, it comes up that they don’t have a page on Google anymore.

Ordered a month ago.
I am yet to receive any kind of status update or tracking details.
At this point I have no confirmation that my order has been dispatched.
I have sent 7 emails with 0 response.
All I know is that they took my money, I have not received what I paid for and no communication with them.

I believe I have been scammed. And even if they're legit, the complete lack of customer service is disgusting.

I will be reporting this as fraud and making attempts to recover my money.

UPDATE
They have finally responded to my emails to give me fake tracking numbers that do not show anything. I have asked for a refund several times now, they just say "don't worry, we will talk to our shipping team". So they are actively refusing to refund me. If thy doesn't tell you it's a scam, I don't know what will.

Terrible customer service. Don't respond to emails. Give fake tacking numbers. Will never deal with again

I really love the bag I bought. It did take more than a month to be delivered and I did need to follow them up with emails regarding the delivery. Once it arrived I was wrapped with the quality seams and stitching. It matched exactly the photos on the website. I would buy from them again. They are not a scam.

I jst deleted my review thinking this company were a scam.

I ordered on the 18th April, I received my tracking number 25 days ago, it took approximately 2 weeks for that tracking number to show any information on my order via Australia Post tracking.

I finally received my order yesterday on the 14/6/2022.

The quality of my handbag is great, so if you're willing to wait a cppl of mths for your order, the quality of product is quite good for the price.

They don't even reply to my emails anymore. Purchased bags over 3 months ago (March 2022).
