I have been purchasing with this company since last year, at first I was a bit worried thinking it won’t arrives but it did and I haven’t had any problem with them, ever since, however with my last purchase I ordered 5 bags but due to foreseen event I understood why my packages took 2 1/2 months to arrive, the 1st bag arrived as described however 2 of my other packages kept coming up unknown I contact them they instantly and they replied back on regarding my packages 2 of them got lost but they sent me the same ones and they were the same bags I ordered, I canceled the other 2 bags that I purchased cause it wasn’t shift yet and didn’t want to wait again and they understood and they gave me my money back within a few days, they are leather and they do have a smell but it just needs to air out and it goes away like people are winging about the smell, you get what you paid for, I am happy with them and when I go out people think it is the real deal so I’m happy with that as I don’t want to pay thousands of dollars for bags.

I cannot tell you have disappointed I am in this website I purchased 3 Gucci bags it cost me $400
Then I had to wait 3 months to receive them then when they did arrive the sent me wrong bags that were less in price and totally wrong in which I purchased
I tried several times to email and contact no response I am so angry
That I am letting anyone who wants to think about spending or throwing their money away not to go and buy a thing from this website
You will be very very disappointed like I am today to see what they sent me I could not believe that they did this
I will take this action further as I don’t trust them
Hope to get my money back

I have always looked at all of the reviews and nothing was ever promising. I ordered 4 things back at the end of March and I though I would never receive my items however I have finally received all 4 in GREAT condition this week. The team have been really responsive with my hundreds of emails weekly regarding my items and they had always reassured me although I wasn't going to give up my hopes. I got my first tracking number with aramex and it had only said it was submitted so I kept asking about it and last week I got a random package added to my Australia Post which said "sent my sender" and this was my package! Although it was a hard process I am happy with the outcome.

If there is any star below 1 i would give that to this guys. They keep making fool to customer by saying they have sent an item also they will give you tracking number after 1 month and that tracking number itself not trackable and keep saying yes we sent it. I mean really give me a break. Customers are not fool. Never ever buy anything from here. They have not even gave me refund of 158 dollars. This company just making up and making people fool. This is how they run.

I ordered back in February a Louis Vuitton bag. It now the end of May and I have received nothing. I have contacted Technapology on 2 occasions to find out where it is and I have received no reply.
I would give this site a very big miss.

I have been waiting for my bag for over 6 months. They keep telling me there are shipping issues but that’s an excuse. I’ve been told twice now that my bag had been lost in transit. They refuse to give me a refund and keep telling me the tracking website will update with my new details soon, it’s been over a month again since they provided me another tracking number. What a joke.

I have ordered 2 items back in March for my daughters 18th in April and it’s now May and I still haven’t received anything.
Reading everyone’s comments some people got there item and happy and some never did and say it’s a scam

THEY ARE A SCAM! DONT PURCHASE! DO NOT PURCHASE! placed order in February, it’s May and I still no Products!!! Got a take tracking number and it’s been inactive for two months, and I WISHED TO GOD THAT I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE THESE PURCHASES. I spent so much money and it’s a total Scam! But I’m going to give them one more week to give me a genuine tracking number or I’ll be going to the cops! And any legal authority that would stop or sue this fake company from operating in Australia.

This site uses photographs of actual designer items but supplies badly made items that in no way represent what is pictured. Take ages to refund and their customer service is terrible. They do not read emails correctly and constantly respond with inane comments that just further delay a result. Do not buy from this site, overpriced badly produced replicas that strongly smell like a petroleum based plastic product. Purchased shoes on 9th March, received on 19th April, returned immediately at my expense and still waiting for a refund! Cancelled my other order and yesterday I received part of the cancelled order which was their error, trying to return it but at their cost and I have received 3 emails that in no way answer or respond to my original email!!

Totally and utterly bad. Take your money and run SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Paid for goods over 6 weeks ago fake tracking numbers were sent to me. No replies to calls or emails. They have just taken my money. This is all China based. They are scamming the hell out of Australia.

As said in the post below “if Technapology were just honest and tell people they are in for a long wait, then the reviews here would probably be better but they are still telling people on the website that orders are shipped in 8-20days even though China is in hard Lockdown and will be for months. Then they literally have 2000 ships lined up waiting to leave. And Technapology tells you all items come from China.”

I have ordered 6 items and received only 2. I note if you order multiple items in the one order, at least 1 item will get ‘lost in transit’. I am still waiting for replacement of ‘missing’ item (nearly 2 months now) and even though I received tracking number, there have been no updates. The two items I have received back in Feb are OK. But did not come with boxes or bags etc. The ‘leather’ bags are PVC and need a few weeks airing outside and some heavy deodorising as even though they could pass for designer bags from a distance the smell is atrocious and a dead giveaway that they are not real!! The most frustrating thing with Technapology is the communication. While emails are answered eventually, Mohammed asks you for info you have already just provided in your email to him! Could be a problem understanding English I think. And when I stated my first order was missing a bag, I was asked to send photos?? Of what?? The missing bag that I don’t have 😂😂?? Mohammed also doesn’t appear to know how to look up an order number to see what you have ordered as I have lost count of the amount of times he has asked me to send a pic from his website of what item I ordered. He then apologises and tells you to trust him, it is coming, he has lost sleep trying to keep business running blah blah blah. (He has multiple business so all about making the $$ in Australia!). Does not respond to suggestions of a refund at all. I will give it more time until I either receive items or Auspost tracking no’s expire, then I will obtain refunds and find another site for fakes! This won’t be hard as I have all Mohammed’s details held with ASIC. If anyone else needs them, yell out.
Finally, if Technapology were just honest and tell people they are in for a long wait, then the reviews here would probably be better but they are still telling people on the website that orders are shipped in 8-20days even though China is in hard Lockdown and will be for months. Then they literally have 2000 ships lined up waiting to leave. And Technapology tells you all items come from China. So backlogs will be massive.

I thought it’s a scam site BUT! I actually received my item! It took more than a month and quite a few emails but it did arrived!

The quality is actually good. Though the box is not as good. But the bag! Ughhh! Really nice.

Ordered a bag in January for a wedding at the end of March. Still waiting for it and it’s now mid April!

Appalling stall tactics being used to placate me.

First excuse was that the bag was out of stock and they were just about to notify me before I queried what was happening with my order.

So I chose another item.

Asked again where it was and they’ve now proceeded to give me an invalid (read fake) aramex shipping code.

Thankful it’s only $80 I’ve lost but still super disappointing that people are out there operating with such deceitful intent.

Don’t buy from Technapology.

I placed my order which took 5 weeks to arrive. So many emails sent that it was on its way when it wasn’t, and constant lies about it arriving. When it finally arrived the bags were wrong. The photos showed no handles yet mine had handles and the lining in my bag was the wrong colour. Waste of $230 and now I have to pay to send it back to be fixed… no thanks.

Amazing customer service ! The order was right on time. The Quality of the product is so fine packaging is so great..
