I am very happy with the bag that I received! The delivery took longer maybe due to the covid times. But ultimately the product is amazing! I would definitely recommend you guys to order from here.

Items took 8 weeks to arrive. Came well packaged and in great condition. Only downside was never being replied to via email or call. Tried 5 times. I would use this business again

I really appreciate their customer service I think they are new online store . Might be little bit late comes all the way from I really loved bag great quality . I recently purchased a CD Saddlebag in tan leather. Yes it took a while for delivery but was well worth the wait.
Patience paid off, it was beautiful and considering what I paid, with the 30% off, sooo happy…!!

I have given this company 3 stars only because of the huge delay in receiving my order! It took over a month to get me, however the staff has been in constant contact with me and ALWAYS responded to all my messages.
When my HERMES bracelet finally arrived I was blown away with the quality and craftsmanship.
If you can tolerate a long wait and don’t need something asap then I highly recommend this company

The team replied to my emails and were very helpful with tracking. My order did take some time to come but once I received it I loved it and looked exactly like the photo. A little patience and communication goes a long way. Definitely would order a handbag next.

Excellent follow up service following delayed delivery. The shoes arrived in perfect new condition as featured on-line. Recommend.

I sent them an email enquiry as they are based on a residential area where my boss lives so I asked to come and view their products however no response. I believe this is a scam with majority of fake reviews on here.

I purchased 2 pairs shoes and got my order within 4 - 6 weeks due to Covid but they kept in contact with me and replied to every email I sent them, shoes looks no different to the original ones will definitely purchased from them again

They sent me the wrong size and then pretended to say it was "Euro" size and refused to replace the belt.

They are not delivering on their promise! How hard is it to just say sorry and send the right product?

Order took a bit longer than expected, didn't receive a confirmation email with the tracking number- had to follow up with the team however they were super helpful and the bag arrived. Was expecting it to come in a nice box and everything (comparing to other reviews) however the bag itself is nice.

I ordered 3 Dior bags although it took a few weeks to arrive the quality was amazing and they looked like the absolute real deal I could not fault the excellent quality I have had to contact them by email a few times and they always get back straight away and are very helpful Mandy Adelaide

Low quality items. I ordered shoes and a bag from this site. Spent around $600AUD. The items arrived and were not at all as described. The so called leather was the cheapest vinyl I have ever seen, the bag was misshapen and the clasps broken. The hardware was tarnished and so obviously cheap and fake. The shoes had glue spilling out from the soles, the straps so flimsy they looked like they would break and not at all as photographed.

Sent photos and contacted to return for a refund and was given an address that appeared fake and was told a refund would only be processed once the items were received by their warehouse. Aus Post quoted me $75AUD to send the items back - why would I elect to go further out of pocket when they could just say the items were never received and not refund me my money?

Learn from my mistakes and do not buy from this website. Feel like an idiot for losing my money. Terrible quality, not worth a fraction of the prices they are charging.

I am very sceptical that I will receive what I paid for. I have not received an order confirmation and I've emailed them twice now. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I can see now what this co is like take your money and very slow on the delivery if you get it at all. I will not be spending any money on this website. Don't trust. I will write again if I do get a response.

Appalling service. Took two weeks to actually get a result from emailing back and forth, I had to email 2-3 times just to get a reply with each email and constantly repeating myself as they don’t bother actually reading emails. My payment would not go through, I checked with my bank and there was no problem or any attempts to make payment showing on my account. The website simply wouldn’t accept my payment, they still proceeded to tell me to contact my bank (after I told them I had already). They don’t answer the number that is displayed online and told me in emails they don’t offer customer service over phone, the number is purely there for show.
I can’t be sure this is a legitimate business or not at this point, they have the worst customer service and care I’ve ever come across. Usually scammers take your money so it’s a little odd they won’t take mine!
It makes no sense they don’t care about making sales or not. Don’t bother shopping here, go to DH gate.com and buy direct from suppliers is my advice!
