I just have to come back again and do a shout out to this company for the help they gave my mother yesterday. I'm a diamond member and I recommended them to my mother because virtually everyone who works there is patient. She's very old and her vision is gone to the point where she's essentially legally blind so my brother-in-law helps her when she needs to log the tech support person in. But they called me during her session yesterday with the tech guy because I was the one who set up her email and the problem had gotten a little complicated. I hope I'm remembering his name correctly. I think it was Mitch. He was absolutely wonderful. My brother-in-law and my mother were actually holding the two phones together so that he could hear what I was saying in another state to help figure out what was wrong with her email. Then I remote accessed him into my computer and it was only a matter of minutes till he had it figured out. It was something I never would have even thought of. Nobody these days goes above and beyond what they need to do but he certainly did and I was extremely impressed once again. I hope Tech to Us always keeps this type of person on staff because what they do is invaluable when you have a big mess with your computer. That's the best way I can say it in a nutshell. LOL

I've been using tech to us for 3 or 4 years. I've never had a problem with them. they've always helped me with whatever I've needed. they keep my computer updated and free of anyone getting into my information

I am quite satisfied with Tech2Us. Kinda wish they were 24/7. But I have had only good experiences with Tech2Us. Dang refreshing to only talk to people who's first language is American English.

I contact Tech2Us on 8/20/2020 - contact number 800-516-7989, and Amanda answered the phone which I thought was odd and ask to speak to Andrew, Doug or another familiar representative I was accustomed to speaking to regarding my computer issue. However she stated she would assist me, and I told her all the issues with my computer and she told me who would make certain all the issues would be fixed. Amanda advises if I had errors to run I would contact her back for the update, or she could contact me once the issues were corrected. My days off were split so I tried to fit all my appointments and errands in one day waking hour. Amanda and I did speak after my day was winding down, and she advise all issue were corrected and my computer should not have anymore issue. I took her word for it and continue to finished my chores. But to my amazement after a week after I contact TechtoUs, I realize nothing was done and the computer had the same issue. I contact TechtoUs a week later and there was no answer. I was very upset because I had paid for the premium package which is 60.00 per month and received nothing but lies. I had to close my account in order to them to discontinue my monthly deductions of $60.00. I will never use TechtoUs again. It's too bad that this company has this type of people representing the company.
