I visited Ted’s Hair in Pembroke Pines after seeing their products heavily promoted online, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

The problem was not their policies. Businesses can set whatever policies they want. The problem was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. When my friend and I asked simple questions about pricing and a promotion that was advertised, the staff (one male and one female) became condescending, argumentative, and visibly annoyed.

What made the situation worse was that the moment we tried to clarify or question anything, their tone immediately changed. Instead of answering professionally, we were spoken to in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. No customer should feel uncomfortable simply for asking questions before spending their money.

I specifically went there because of the online promotion, expecting a professional experience. Instead, the interaction left a very negative impression.

If you’re considering going because of social media hype, just be aware that the customer service may not match what’s being advertised. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.

I have worked with Ted Hair for yesrs without any prior issues, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to be shipped directly to my customer, yet the package was never sent. Despite multiple conversations with both Ted Hair and UPS, it has been confirmed that the package was never picked up.

Instead of taking responsibility, Ted Hair continuously blamed UPS, claiming the tracking had not been updated. However, UPS clearly stated they had never received the package. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, the company has strung me along with false promises that the package would be shipped.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I expected better service and reliability. I would not recommend Ted Hair to anyone who values timely deliveries and trustworthy business practices.

Please do not waist your money. Trust me when I tell you. I was promised raw hair and bought 6 bundles. After I colored the hair. The hair start shedding and tangles up. They don’t send me raw hair. Very disappointed with the quality of the hair. Please buy with different vendor. This is not raw hair at. Tried to clean tact them about the issue not willing to help.

WARNING!!!💰💰💰 BEWARE! This Chinese company somehow put fraudulent charges on 2 different credit cards of mine!! They are scammers and thieves!

Customer Service: Warm, honest, understanding, patient, kind, flexible, accommodating, and overall genuinely nice. I am a new business owner in the hair industry and I don't know great energy forces connected me to them. I know absolutely nothing about the industry other than what I have researched and they have taken upon themselves to mentor me through the process and provide resource information to reference as I go forward. I have talked to many vendors and none of them sound like Ted hair. I don't know about the hair QUALITY because I have not ordered product yet. However, I am particular with high expectations. I may not know the industry but I'm on that product as if it's my second skin. That's what impresses me and that would be 89% of the soul base of the relationship if that quality is met. The Quality Control is my brand. Because I will truly hate to have to get up to get a flight on Singapore Air to India myself. I do not like long flights. However, I will to survive the business' Brand.

I saw negative reviews surrounding Quality. Therefore, I decided to wait to see at least 10 (this is a booming industry, they should have buyers from them on a daily basis to where as reviews are being given on almost and every other day basis). So I decided to wait until I see at least 10 positive reviews surrounding quality control. Within the remainder part of 2023 to 2024 and there should be more positive feedbacks to match that between the same period time. I feel that I am being generous because I could easily just not want to work with them at all but they have wonderful customer service skills and I am willing to forgive based on that alone. Customer service skills really do matter. And it has come into play, in this situation. Thank you.

he hair is poorly made. I purchased blond bundles to have them professionally colored. The hair continues to shed from the weft and tangle constantly after repeated conditioning treatments. Two separate professional stylists recommended I ask for a refund and not install the hair due to the poor quality. DO NOT BUY! They asked me at least 10 questions before stating they would not give me a refund. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I reached out via email. I started receiving a large number of text. I replied and ask to unsubscribe. Tedhair replied back with “you are blocked, don’t waste my f***ing time.” That’s a nice way to talk to a potential buyer. I was going to purchase, I just don’t want unwanted text. So I’ll take my money elsewhere. I’m sure this company won’t be around long talking to people in this manner. Good luck to them I wish them success.

I love ordering hair from Tedhair. The shipment comes fast and you will not be disappointed. The bundles are very full, bouncy and has a good smell. When it’s time to color the hair the process takes very well and you will be satisfied. Not my first time ordering I have ordered multiple times before.

It would appear that you are connected to the diabolical company Joymitty - if this is the case I would warn everyone not to touch you with a barge pole!! I am still waiting for a refund from Joymitty from last November - please respond

This hair gets extremely tangled after a while….

Okay so I've traveled a distance to the warehouse to check it out the environment of the place . They keep it in the back, so I wasn't able to see. I had an appointment but waited in the lobby 30 -40 mins after another customer. They keep a display of 10a 12 hair which one suppose to be virgin hair, but both felt the same( no difference to me). The straight bundles very thin, deep curly hair soft but shed alot as well as the closure,( be very gentle plucking) body wave. It Dyed ok took color well on BW hair, but shed. Can't really put heat protection with out the hair getting tacky. They really dont have deals with frontals in the Deal Package, but only 4x4 closures. And yes the hair smells like its burning . Cannot go up on tools , safe side is to have it on low heat no more than 415° degree. Not the quality i was looking for, and got tons of the hair. Big mistake. But we all learn from our mistakes.

I ordered 5 wigs supposed to be human hair, they were plastic hair the worst type of synthetic I’ve ever seen. I ordered 3 reddish brown 1 blonde and 1 dark brown I received all black short hair

The Hair Is Not 100% Human Hair! Please do Not Buy From This Company! Once You Put A Flat Iron Or Curling Iron On It The Hair Burns And Melts Right On The Tool! The Worst Company Ever! Very Deceiving

Nice Water Wavy Wigs!!!

After experiencing such a horrible experience with the 24 inch body wave hair and poor customer service from 2 support team mangers, I had to share my experience. This is the worse hair I have ever had installed. Tangles and matting especially in the HEAT! It seams to wear fairly well in the colder months. But when you take time to buy and pay for installation, you what all year around comfort. When discussing my concerns with both customer service support team members..Dead silence. Zero rating for this company, customer service and hair extensions for weaving.

I live at Miami, if you know what I mean, ladies, summer and beach! so it’s so hard for me to buy good wigs, they won’t last long here for this hot hot weather . But lucky I found Tedhair through Google Map. Great location near Doral downtown and clean ! well sanitized! Really impressed. So far I bought few from them already for me and my sister, the wigs are fantastic
